I love cold stone cotton candy ice cream, but I can't really get it anymore cause it's been "banned" in my family which usually happens to a restaurant or fast food place that screw up one to many times lol, so I don't get it much, I love it tho and those videos are so satisfying

My dad wanted cold stone cake all the time for his birthday when he was little now seeing this just makes me tear up because I feel like the past is better than now and the future the past had more adventures and better things to focus on. Listening to my mom and dad tell me story's about their past makes me sad cause I feel like they miss their past like I miss mine.
Yeah, that means you still have soft peaks. Whip the cream until you can pick up the whisk and the whipped cream stands up on the end of the whisk without falling. That's how you know you have reached stiff peaks.

it’s nice to see that there’s a routine for when a customer with allergies comes in, where i live theres either chaos when i say i have a nut allergy or the place tells me they can’t serve me.

It wasn't Cold Stone Creamery but I worked at Marble Slab for a while. It was fun up until the owner of the location fired me for "not showing up to my shift" (they refused to tell me when my next shift was) and kept my paycheck. I got it after filing a complaint tho ...but the ice cream is good!
If you weren't wondering the reason the ganache thickens up is because when you add water to chocolate the chocolate seizes and since it it not just chocolate it does not seize solid there fore making it pipe able.
when it comes to coldstone ice cream, i feel like they could mix the toppings in more/crush... cause I always see one side with toppings and the other with none... but still looks like a fun job
