Chris I’d definitely love to see more fish recipes out on the ice for sure!!! I have been telling RU-vidrs the same thing but it seems as if they are all the same recipes every time!!! Now your fried fish and rice bowls you did here I’ve never seen or even herd of it before!!! That is definitely what I like to see and I definitely wish I was there with you because I would have loved trying it and eating it with you for sure!!!! As a Chicago native living away from there now I agree with the fact that nowhere has nearly as good of restaurants as Chitown! The best restaurant in my town would never make it down there lol. Great recipe!
