She brought this on herself. She is very combative, has negative things to say about black men or always involved in something controversial. So now's she feeling the effects of that. She always had an "idc if you don't like me" attitude but now it's really starting to effect her.

She can't let her work speak for itself, she has to make sure to boast about her own intellect. 2. She will critique anyone and anything regardless of the potential backlass. Both those things will alienate you from your peers.

I've been around Amanda. A few artists and designers I know have worked with her. None of us liked her. I used to think she was a terrible person. I did security for her at the improv in Schaumburg,Illinois about a year or so ago and we had to toss a guy out who was heckling her. It made the shade room. In 2012, Amanda Seales was the ONLY person to directly ask Lil Wayne about his thoughts on fans saying that they miss his 'Carter 2' flow. It was interview on MTV's ' Hip Hop's P.O.V' . For those who have followed Wayne's career since day one, knows that Carter 2 was the album where he leveled up and showed superior lyrical ability over incredible beats from start to finish. This is the time he was hanging in New York with Juelz Santana and Dipset, and it's the album that "Hip Hop Heads" really gravitate to from his catalog. Since that record, Wayne has gone on to different flows that are more rhythmic with autotune, etc. He stills gets busy on the mic with bars, but again, Carter 2 was a different animal. I've been missing that Weezy F. Baby flow for years. So my hats off to Amanda for rolling the dice, doing some hard hitting questioning, and asking a top tier artist about an older album that We The Fans deem a classic, and if he would ever go back to spitting it raw like that again. Any artist could have taken that question with offense.

I think some respect should be put on Amanda’s name. It’s unfortunate that her presence in media has been unrecognized. She was a child star, an early MTV VJ, an actress, rapper, poet and comedian. I think what’s she doing now is like social commentary. I think it should be respected as such considering that she has a masters degree in African American history from an Ivy League.
