why don't you buy stainless steel ones instead

I was afraid of that too before I bought mine. That's why I bought some made of stainless steel. They keep the cold for an extra long time because the material retains the cold and is also antibacterial. So much safer and more hygienic than plastic.

Hello dear, You can definitely store the ice ice beauty Facial Ice Globes in their box in the freezer (even for months ;) ) and grab them only if you need them. Please be cautious if you are using another brand though, as most of them indeed are not freeze-proof.

I am sorry to hear this, but I am pretty sure that was not our brand, since they are certainly freeze proof. My recommendations are only valid for ice ice beauty and being able to freeze the Ice Globes is actually one of our USPs most other brands don’t offer. Please always refer to the description of the brand you purchased :)

Hey dear, Thank you for your comment! The pores can not really shrink, but their appearance for sure can! Especially while treating your face with the cold. An extra tipp we can give you is to be gentle to your skin (no picking for instance, as the irritation will make your pores look larger). We love a chemical exfoliant combination out of AHA+BHA which will unclog pores and smooth the skin. A well-nurtured skin's pores will automatically look much smaller :)

Hello dear, it depends on which brand you have. Ours are save to put not only in the fridge, but also in the freezer. But personally, I recommend to put the whole box in the freezer. This way you avoid any contamination with food and bacteria in your fridge. Plus, they won't fall when you open the door of the fridge!

Oh yes, I think the ice globes would help you to vanish last night's fatigue instantly :) They actually work with every product you would like to absorb better, just use what you have at home. But the more oil, moisture or texture in general is included the better they will glide on your face! I have same, which is,why I am here. Needed instructions. I actually am looking for lymphatic drainage massage w/ globes. This is the "tightening " massage rather than the drainage massage. Very different.

You can store them in the freezer or fridge, but if the sensation is too cold for you, you do not need to cool them at all. The massage itself has a lot of benefits for the appearance of your skin

Hi Miya, We recommend to dedicate around five minutes per day to your new skincare ritual! If you mean for how long in general - the product is made out of glass, so it does not expire or similar. If you do not break the glass accidentally, it will last as long as you want it too ;)
