this happens all the time,it's not only international musicians,but American musicians also,the show only last a certain amount of hours, so they have to cut out a lot of things.Rick Ross received an award and it was not on live tv,so did JayZ and Kanye West,So it's not to disrecept Ice Prince or any other artist it's just tv, If there is still concern contact Bet they will listen,We as Americans or any other nationality love music,trust me they will listen.

My major concern is why they didn't give international African act award where other superstar like drake, lil wayne, christ brown are expecting to get their awards? They just kind of get a spot for the african award to take place...is it because some of are too loud & couldn't control ourselves in public?
