What do you have against punisher hovers? I quit playing for a LONG time when they nerfed them and showed dogs so much love. I still rarely play.

Hovers are insanely broken, even dogs can barely counter them. Hovers have been a problem for years.

Yeah, hover players don't really need to use their skill in pvp, especially against a /*cough* cough* top mounted skadi build on legs. . . but for real though, a significant amount of pvp builds are just not that good(not just saying this one specifically). eg when ppl mix mgs and cannons, or when ppl don't use their nova sheild, or when they put their mammoths in front of their bastion cabin, etc. I personally don't think its fun to die when when a hover so much as looks at you, and so I take a hover myself the majority of time. Much more fun to live for the entire match and "no skill" 5 enemies, then to get "no skilled". Recently hovers have become much more unstable, so you can deal almost no dmg, but flip a hover and "no skill" them. But like always if you can hit a hover, you are 75% on your way to killing them. If your weapons/build/combination of the two can't even touch them, then I don't think you can really complain too much when they "no skill" you. If anything, spiders are the real “no skill” build, NOTHING can kill a well built spider, but shoot the left hover off any hover build, and watch it * literally * roll over and die. But I'm sure you would say we are all entitled to our own opinions, and I agree.

They don't need it against any build (except other hovers), not just this one. Full on meta style spiders get stomped by them, as well as wheeled builds, etc. It's not just my build.

@@TheSaltyRedneck you seem to believe that hovers are the absolute meta, and any other build will auto loose to a hover. If that is the case, you are incorrect. Spiders with the right weapons can easily kill hovers, you just seem to never use said weapons. Same goes for wheel builds, breaker builds, including the recent heavy breaker meta, are more than capable of fighting and killing hovers. If you don’t believe anything I just said, just look over at consoles, they are the perfect case study that you could look at for yourself. Streamers cxckermann, carpetcreamer, and lewisg95 are some players on PS5 that you could watch (YT). The very recently got cross play, top PS5 clans main **spiders** and top XBOX clans main hovers. PS5 auto-win every game when the XBOX clans run hovers, because spiders are better. Why? Well as I said before, if you can just **hit** a hover you are 75% of the way to killing them, and in a well built spider you can easily tank the other 25% of what you need to kill them.

Skill in my book is partly aim, but more importantly positioning and orientation of your build and most importantly anticipation of where you will need to be. If you use the part that lets you accelerate and turn faster than any one else, you won't need as much skill.
