I feel this topic should be revisited...Infact this is a complicated topic. We've heard the whole be submissive, do not nag blah blah bla numerous times, still I feel men are not sure of what they want and after watching this video I totally agree with Yinka's conclusion.

It goes both ways. Why are they asking what men want if they are not going to respond to what men want? Same goes for a men we should do what the women want. That way we behave appropriately to each other.

I already knew how this conversation was going to go before I clicked on the video. Firstly, opinions shared in the video are based on individual experience which cannot be verified or generalized. In order to be in a good relationship/partner one has to be able to effectively communicate with one’s partner. Patriarchal society tells us that women and men are different, communicate differently and want different things which isn’t true. I think we should do away with that mentality! Learn what works for your own relationships and do that! Do not follow the norm!

Yes a man can live with his woman's weaknesses.However,this only happens when the man genuinely loves his woman,fully devoted to making the relationship a success and the woman too plays her part excellently well praying that her man remains consistently consistent in the marriage.

This is a clear example of what happens in a relationship. The Men thought that they have explained to you properly, 'given you tips'. Ice said ' You didn't listen', jokingly. Women on the other hand, want a more descriptive information, one that will appeal to their sense of reasoning. ABC examples. My take on this is that, ' Most men are technical while most women are emotional.'

It was nice to see and hear Okey be so outspoken; he sure said some truths and the other lady could attest to them. The host however was a bit bias & attacking kinda - is she supposed to do that tho - but men really aren't hard. It's women that love who doesn't want them and stay off or embarrass the one who's really good for them and into them

Love this topic! I couldn’t deal with the “take it to the streets” segment though. Felt like they were just older men with the old naija mentality; Submit, women, the head, respect, blah blah blah. What men want is diff for every man, diff at every stage of life and diff with diff status and needs. A broke man may want a woman w money and connection and a rich man may want a sexy young woman. Yet the next morning his wants will change. His social circle too determines what he wants. A man who has self confidence,self actualization and good self esteem and self discipline will just choose one after all and stay there.

what men want is simple. Loyalty, Respect, Sex, Food, and Encouragement. but obviously, women have sworn to be equal with the men so good luck on the journey.
