Winning combo: caffeine + protein + healthy fat + 2 sources of fiber! Especially for someone like me that can't deal with solid food first thing in the morning. Thank you SO much for this recipe, miss you lots and lots
I love that this was to-the-point instead of being super duper long, and also a realistic recipe with possible substitutions (instead of something with like 1000 ingredients and tons of prep work). Will definitely be trying this :) thanks!!
Oh my gosh, this is almost exactly my go-to smoothie! My teen makes the same one but with a scoop of Nutella instead of coffee. Got to get her having breakfast somehow!
Hello from NYC! And thanks for an amazing video! I can’t wait to try this! I actually saw your video on my TV, then jumped on my phone and subscribed right away! Plus, I also saw some of your wonderful Spring Refresh organizing videos, courtesy of CLR on my TV just minutes ago! I especially loved what you did with that family’s pantry! I’m planning on using many of the tips you showed! And I thought it’s cute that you’re called the “Neat Freak” in those videos! Thanks again and God bless you! 🙏🏼💖
Does this dude know you or something? On one of your recent videos I noticed his comment was sort of creepy… then I went back and it looks like he comments like this on all of your videos. And he’s also extremely early to comment like this. Seems like he’s creeping on her.
@@Shazzzz807 He's just really creepy. Always commenting on her appearance. Always immediately comments on all of her videos... Plus, take a look at his channel. Just gonna come right out and say it, this guy is a freak.
I wonder if there's a hot drink you could do since its freezing here. Also im def making this ahead of time, I wonder how well it'll sit in the fridge. Love this, thank you!
Lovely recipe. I don't drink coffee very often, I prefer tea, but sometimes I do fancy a coffee and this looks quick and easy to make though the protein powder, from what I have seen in the shops, is too expensive for my tiny budget! I've noticed it in a lot of videos for smoothies, can I ask why you put it in a jam jar instead of a glass? Is it so you can store it? Ps. I'm glad you didn't use peanut butter! I can't stand the stuff!
I've been wondering what smoothies you make your little ones. Mine is 19 months old and really doesn't like breakfast. I'm not good at making them taste good.
This looks great and I would love to make this for my husband, is there a way I could reduce the calories a little? Are there protein powders that have less calories?
@@madswansfan1 I agree with you and especially peanut butter. It is an abomination. Very hard to eat and so dry on the tongue. Yuk!! At least she said it was optional.🙂
If you don't workout and you eat healthy you don't need extra protein. Most protein shakes are just going to make you look bulky and make you feel uneasy. After a protein shake, my baggy overalls turn into a tight fitted catsuit. I get so bloated and my stomach becomes so hard that I can hardly breathe. I even get these very painful lowerback muscles that suddenly start popping up. And my lower belly and groin area swell as well, like a Ken doll. It's even more awkward when you are wearing tight fitted jeans. Your legs and butt become so swollen the pants suddenly doesn't fit anymore. Imagine wearing a cute little dress or revealing tank top. Ew. Btw, why would anyone want to stretch their skin unnecessarily?
Oh my gosh, this is almost exactly my go-to smoothie! My teen makes the same one but with a scoop of Nutella instead of coffee. Got to get her having breakfast somehow!
@@Crybaby-cz8et it’s not ideal, but when you have a teen with disordered eating, and a bit of Nutella in an otherwise awesome smoothie is the least of my worries.
