Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte 🍓🍵 

Ingredients:
1 tsp matcha powder
100g (3.5 oz) strawberries
70ml (1/4 cup) warm water
200ml (7 fl oz) cold milk
ice cubes
sweetener of your choice (optional)
Instructions:
1. Place the container to froth the milk into the freezer for 30 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, in a small pot, warm the strawberries until they have "melted." Strain the mixture through a sieve to get a chunk-free strawberry sauce. Set aside and let cool.
3. Now, fill a tall glass with a handful of ice cubes. In a small bowl or glass, mix 1 tsp matcha powder with 70ml of warm water, stirring until there are no lumps and the mixture is frothy. Pour the Matcha water over the ice cubes.
4. Add 100ml (3.5 fl oz) of the cold milk to the matcha water. Then, take the container out of the freezer and add the remaining 100ml (3.5 fl oz) of milk to it. Add the strawberry sauce and froth the mixture for 1-2 minutes with an electric milk frother until you like the consistency or it looks like a cloud and the foam has become quite firm. This only works if the container you're frothing in is really ice cold. Pour the strawberry milk foam over the Matcha latte, dust everything with a little bit of Matcha powder, and enjoy your Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte.
