Tried a different spin on this ice fishing season by going spearfishing for Northern Pike in Upper Michigan waters. Had a great time with good buds Cody, Jake, and Chouse. Spent two days (camped on the ice) looking for fish. Day two we had some action but unfortunately no fish were harmed in the making of this video.
We are hoping to get some excitement going to help to legalize northern pike spearing in Wisconsin. Please let us know your opinion by commenting on this video. Thanks

Hi Nick, Great video! I'd like your opinion on an unrelated subject. I plan to rig two copper rods this year since I don't have any. I'm thinking a 300 and I'd like your opinion on the second length. If you recommend a length longer than 300 feet please include a recommendation for a shorter length as me and my crew are older. Thanks Nick!

Nick, if you ever want a free guided trip we'll take you out for a couple days here in Central Minnesota! We are both very avid spearers here and I've been doing it using all home made gear since I was a youngin. Nonresident spearing license only about $6 and you'll need an angling license. We'd be happy to host you!

Hi Nick, Another copper question. If I have to cut and repair a copper line and I repair the line correctly, is it ok to keep using the copper as though the damage never happened? Thanks Nick.
