In 2010 a youtube video with 4k views would be someone testing their iphone video quality in a 10second clip. Now in 2024 this insane footage in crystal clear quality of some of the most beautiful landscape on earth has 4k views haha. Crazy!
2010 there was no competition. 2024 you have to deliver outstanding performance. Putting some clips together and adding music is not a big challenge. There is no story telling, there is no color grading. Bright areas are overexposed, dark areas are noisy. There is no risk taking in fly paths. And 4k views (now 5k views) for that content is pretty good. Keep going!
Thank you so much! 😊 I'm really glad you enjoyed the shots. There's so much more to explore, and I'm excited to keep capturing and sharing these moments. Your support keeps me inspired!
Just arrived from a 2 week travel to iceland, and I’ve been in most of this places but lots of them were windy or rainy 😢. Or I had trouble with birds getting aggressive with the drone. I could fly it in other places though, but not as interesting as the places I wanted to fly. Great video🎉
That's a pity! Sometimes you need a bit of luck. In the 2,5 weeks we were there it rained only once the whole day and that was during a travel day from the north to the west. Most of the clips I shot were in the early morning somewhere between 05:00 - 07:00 am, around these times there was almost no wind. The wind usually became stronger as the day developed. Hope you had a nice trip though! Thank you, appreciate your comment.
This is incredible, my heart stopped while you were diving some of those waterfalls! Was this all in manual mode or was any of this shot in sport mode?
These, first time they are bit hard to put on and off. >www.amazon.com/Freewell-Standard-4Pack-Filters-Avata/dp/B0D1JX1PDQ/ref=sr_1_1?crid=2KAMAY4YM0YFJ&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.jPmwlLWgNh0buRQ35wtPQpJYQM5JX4keOmBIv34rJwH3_eXMieaWkuJ0BArd7MgPsgFSQOE3_3DOV3E7lJr1t86ffYlNglm0-OxwTfECoxMIllq6fVpxd8xqLEipgUqyuHbJgUcC9tlpy0XRtoCHr4IEwGWr80QaOq-0TRseCbFMG3AX4hR0Lnb2kQq-F5tJltxoj01UVM-Bo-FG13ckZ3IuOkwQVNA_GtbTgTifg78.VVPURnCGoGCwa7bEMI8Yo5aXj84CWCdAmWkbWa_gtBM&dib_tag=se&keywords=freewell%2Bavita%2B2&qid=1721669200&sprefix=freewel%2Bavata%2B%2Caps%2C246&sr=8-1&th=1
The fly more combo already comes with the motion controller. I only used it twice when is waiting for the delivery of the fpv controller. The kind of shots you can get with the motion controller is quite limited so wouldn't recommend buying it.
I am from Brussels but I don't have a car to really go to the Netherlands unfortunately.Damn, your Iceland video is freaky AWESOME!I have been there on holidays but to see it from the air with your video, it's even more beautifull I fly a mini 3 pro and I just watching your video, I have so much anxiety lol!How do you manage not to fly it into the ocean or into the rocks, that's amazing the courage you have.I'm thinking more and more to buy also the Avata 2.I have ZERO experience in FPV and it looks really scary compared to flying my mini 3. How many hours (or flights) do you think it will get me to get to your level and amazing skills?100?200?More?
That's a pity. Thanks, very nice to hear! You can fly a lot more precise with the goggles instead of looking on your phone like when flying a regular drone. I did 40 hours of practice in a simulator/game > Liftoff before flying the avata. You can buy this game for +- 20 euro on Steam. It's a bit different but it makes you familiar with flying FPV. Practiced in real life for about 30 hours before going to Iceland.
Thanks! As long as you are somewhat in the line of sight, the connection will stay good. I'm standing near the crevasses on the left side as you can see in the first clip.
@@timurmuhametov Max 1300 meter I think but that’s because I didn’t need to fly much further at the spots I’ve been so far. I prefer to use the battery to record videos instead of traveling to the spot.
I lost connection into some ice tunel. I lost all videos from this flight. Just the last one is on goggles…DJI sent me new one for free but almost all holiday on Iceland without drone…your shots are amazing btw!
