I’ll be there April 16-22. We are doing the Ring Road. We got a 4x4 and are staying in Reykjavik, Vik, Hofn, Egilsstaðir, Akureyri, and one last night in Reykjavik. Any tips? Obv we won’t be able to see everything but I feel like this will give us a nice view of the country. Any tips for eastern Fjords/northern Iceland in April would be very helpful!
I'm going to Iceland on 22th April to spend my birthday on 24th April and am soooo excited cause it's gonna be my first time there! Hope I get the chance to see the northern lights as a gift of nature to my birthday 🤞 thanks for the video!
How good is late September/early October for visiting? Considering our first trip there around that time of year for 1-2 weeks. Definitely interested in some Aurora viewing, but some of the other locations would be good too. Creeping into winter though, so wasn't sure if it was a good time or better to go earlier/later.
Awesome, video, I’m planning a trip for next year around the last 2 weeks of April, it’s my wife’s 50th birthday, and I want to take her to Iceland. Are all this things that you talked about in the video doable in April? We love hiking and seen water falls…. How many days would you say it’s enough to be able to enjoy This beautiful place ? Thank you for your help !
Hey there! Thanks for watching :) Yes! These activities are all doable in April, and I how long your trip should be definitely depends on what you wish to do and see here. If you want to chat more details send us an email to info@wakeupreykjavik.com
@@WakeUpReykjavik. I'd appreciate it! Especially since it's in the transition between Spring and Summer, and the times for the opening of F-roads is a little confusing.
