It's all coming together matey. Best o' luck with the pour. I'm currently working on initial plans for my 'last' home & it's a tad over 1,400ft². The whole plot is just 6,000ft² but here in the UK, that's still $130k for the land... Doubt if I'll go with ICF as I'm 66 & too old to learn something more complex than laying block.

Hello I've very much enjoyed watching your building your New Home , But I have a very serious question I'm wanting to ask you and how come your not spraying the Dirt for Termites and Bug Control and putting down Visquine between the Dirt and your Concrete because the Visquine plastic is A Great Moisture Barrier to keep your Concrete Slab from Sweating and Stop your concrete floor from staying wet for changing in the weather will make your Concrete floor sweat 💦 and stay wet and causing Mildew in your New Home that's a good thing about the Visquine keeping the Insect Spray understand on your Dirt Foundation and keep your Concrete Floors from Sweating in your New Home construction ! Jeff Billygood it's just a very important thing I wanted to let you know and I'm assuming that you already Know that yourself Jeff Billygood Buddy 🙏😇🕊️🇺🇸🦅 !

I have brain melt when I watch you build this ICF basement Geoff. So many things to calculate, so many things to worry about, so many pieces to the puzzle. I have to wonder if this is really the way to go.

I remember the first videos of Letsdig 18 rolling into this property. All the clean up, the clearing, filling the floor of the "barn/garage", drying up the swamp at the back to make the small pond. So much change in such a short time. That old farm house was a ton of work. This property is night and day different from the neglected "wasteland" it was. Just the clean up and hauling off of the junk was a job. Really looking good.

But I remembered even further back when Chris introduced you as his friend and you sometimes helped him out by filming him whilst he worked on projects.
