ICHIKA NITO is one of the top 5 best guitarist in the world! but in my opinion, Marcin Patrzałek is the one! I suggest you to react to this Masterpiece "Acoustic VS Electric Guitar - Marcin and Ichika Nito"
Marcin doesn't have to study sound effects and tone.. even in the VS video Ichika chose 3 epic tones to flex all over the acoustics 1 sound. That's years of studying Marcin didn't have to do.
@@bagoflamindogpoo That’s not really a valid argument. Marcin studied classical and flamenco guitar from the age of 10, so you could say that’s years of studying that Ichika didn’t have to do. They have both put many years into perfecting their craft, they just focused on different things.
I can't WAIT for you to discover Monte Montgomery. His hybrid picking and harmonics pre-dates Polyphia, but it's just frickin wild hearing him achieve it all AND have an amazing voice.
Well anyone can do it if we just copy and slow it all down and build up speed with practice. But their composing expertise of course not. That what makes them great
Nah Tim has it on his channel "Tim Henson vs Ichika Nito" and also Polyphia has a single featuring Ichika on their latest album, but can't wait for another collab tho
At around that 7:30 mark when you said "cool phrasing" I personally hear All along the Watchtower. Mind you im a very mediocre player of 20 years with zero music theory to draw from. Curious if you heard that
Hey man I came from your Polyphia video because I relate to your reactions. Have you heard p00mbachu by Jason Richardson and Luke Holland? Absolutely nuts
All of this is valid cause he's asian😂 that line got me cuz its so true, you notice on Tiktok and other social media that tons of people like to just fake the videos, but not asian people, they actually know how to put in the time and effort to become really good, not saying there are 0 Asian guitar fakers, but out of the ones I've seen they do it jokingly and can actually play like legends anyways, kinda makes me sad I was born white😅
Completely dissagree. I think it's nicelly put patterns together with a nice approach. However, there is no story behind their playing. It just sounds generic and meaningless. I do have a mild case of synesthesia so I kinda see colors when I listen to music. Nothing here. On the other hand, Hendrix is like entire Universe of shapes and colors put together. If anyone needs to spend learning guitar 20 years to put out a decent compositions, something is wrong. Just listen to Mike Oldfield. Not the best guitar ever, but pure genius.
