Everyone on stage was happy because after lot of sacrifices and hardworkk they finally got to step on stage and showcase their hardwork. Really inspiring 😊
Just a doubt, i head Mike Mentzer say that it takes minimum 5 days for the muscle to recover and then it starts building more for the next workout, so we should have longer rest days upto 1 week atleast. But as per the 4 day split the rest isnt enough, any body wants to share their experience about the 4 day split?
It’s not always about science, you need to figure out about your own body . You decide whether 3 or 5 days by trial and error. For me 4 day split works the best
