Icom IC-735 

Thanks for the demo. I love this classic rig! A solid radio with all the controls you need at your fingertips. A real pleasure to operate.

I still have my Icom 735, apart from a few dry joints it's still going well, not bad for 35 years

I have the IC 730. I like the receivier in my IC 730 better than my newer FT450D!

These radios are great until the Optical Encoder Fails and it's discovered that there are no New Optical Encoders available from ANYWHERE to replace it. The result is an untunable radio although you can set the frequency using the CV input on the radio with a computer....

way late to this, my IC 735 wont go over 30-35 watts. Bought at small ha fest. no box no manual,it receives real nice but just don't have the power

Anyone else have an issue with the IC 735 putting out power but no one can hear me. Mic works, check on another radio. Someone said nay have shifted frequency. I'm not that ecowrwith electronic repairs. Just curious if anybody has a clue what's wrong with my transceiver. Thanks in advance.

It even has the door! Those tended to fall off and get lost.
