Yes, but more than control. You can operate the transceiver remotely using the mic and speakers on the remote computer. Allows you to use your home radio and antennas from any where in the world there is highspeed Internet.
I haven't used it outside the home network. To accomplish that you'll need to set up port forwarding in your ISP router. I believe you'll need to know what IP address your ISP has assigned you as well. Maybe I'll do a video on how to do all that and use my phone as a hotspot to connect.
