I am here looking for the same thing. I was expecting to have add a passcode to lock it but nope, it just locked.

@@90Beater I found out there is a lock icon and hold for 5 sec and it unlocks

@@lennoxresidential I am a “civilian” , and not a contractor, trying to negotiate my new touchpad.

Thanks for the clarification Jim. Your contractor is in the best position to assist you with any concerns regarding the ambient lockout screen you are receiving. If your contractor has questions, please have them reach out to our technical support team directly for assistance.

@@lennoxresidential very POOR response Lennox....we own it not the contractor so get your act together and answer the question

@@larryb2867 ambient lockout is a set point at which the back-up resistance heat will turn on. I noticed that every time my Lennox heat pump cycled that the supplemental heat lamp would light up for 5-10 minutes. I moved this setting from 50F down to 18F - now the supplemental heat will not fire up on each cycle at outdoor temps above 18F. You will feel cool air from the ducts briefly, but your electric bill will be lower. Choose your preference temperature. My contractor did not have experience with this so I had to learn it from the installation manual.

ever figure this out? We're trying to shut the damn fan off too.
