Girrrl LA girl sells a white foundation mixer you can buy to lighten a foundation that's too dark for you. They're very affordable & you can buy them at ulta. They don't change the formula of the foundation. Since that Charlotte Tilbury foundation is a 50+ dollar foundation it would be worth picking one up to get the shade to match you & all of the other complexion products ipsy sends you that don't match you😂

The GXVE (give) lipstick is not broken. It's refillable, so it pops in and out to refill. Loveable me is a beautiful color.

The Lunar beauty powder is my favorite one, looks great on and lasts. I second what another person said about the LA Girl white mixing pigment, they have a blue one too to make things more cool toned, they don’t mess with the texture of the foundation. These were great boxes!

LA Girl sells shade adjusters. They don't mess with the formula. You'd get lots of use out of the white one.

Check the foundation cause it’s the 2nd lightest shade and may be a lot lighter than the bottle. I really wish they’d let us have a few options as a “choice” so we can research & pick what we think matches best then it wouldn’t need to be addressed by CS at all lmao

I wish Ipsy had taken the boxycharm route of getting to choose your shade when that was an option. Cause I love getting complexion products but they never get mine right either so I changed my profile to fair now to see if that helps

Alexandria opened 3 of these boxes with completely different profiles and all 3 came with shade 4 which was too dark. She even has her profiles set to different skin tones i believe and she has pale skin

I've reached out to customer service in the past when Ipsy sent the wrong shade, and they fixed it. You should definitely contact customer care! It's great foundation, you don't want to miss out!😊

I got that CT foundation and they sent me 4 neutral and it's dark and yellow. I am cool and light. I feel like CT stuff is all warm. I complained to CS and all they did was give me points. So I have a $50 item, I can't even use. I also got the Gxve liquid lip but i's red and I can't use that either.

Loved everything ❤ loved my box❤ I received the CT Foundation also in 6.5 was light on me....I would get a 8.5....I did contact Customer service and told them it's too light on me.....they sent me another one in the same shade (6.5)🤦🏽‍♀️ I'm like forget it, I'll just probably mix with a darker Foundation and use it as a winter shade or something🤷🏽‍♀️

I love the sonage eye cream for my face! It’s really moisturizing (dry skin) not greasy, and doesn’t irritate or break me out but most of all I love that it lasts. My face stays moisturized longer than any other moisturizer I’ve used in a while. I ran out of my usual and had a mini of the eye cream, was tired so I just said the heck with it and put it all over my face. Best decision!

Geez, I have a serum from IT Cosmetics in a glass bottle with a glass dropper… and it was only $35. Goldfadden needs to step up their packaging for that price!

I also picked the tool! I received the Charlotte Tilbury in neutral 8, also the Ren product, gxve lipstick, KVD mascara, drunk elephant, the palette from Dominique. I picked the Goldfadden as a add on and the Katr Somerville as the boost! Really enjoy the sis vs sis !🖒💟😄

I got a mix of both of your boxes. I also got the way too dark Charlotte tilbury 2 neutral, which is apparently the lightest shade they offered and I'm pretty upset about it too. Ive inly ever received 1 concealer from ipsy that was actually my shade. SMH

Lunar Beauty is Manny MUA’s brand. I’m very surprised the translucent powder packaging is so “inspired” by Laura M. as he has been very vocal about Revolution Beauty knocking off HIS OG packaging 🤔

I’ve used the LA girl white mixer to lighten that CT foundation it works! Or I would absolutely reach out to Ipsy CS. It’s not yr shade. U paid a lot for yr Icon box! I love both of your Icon boxes! It’s a tie! That facial tool looks awesome & it comes w/USB cable! U will have to let us know after u use it, if it worked Katrina! Love both yr boxes! TFS! U guys r so funny! Those lip vinyls are like the Maybelline Vinyl Ink or the one from Haus Labs. You shake, apply, let it set, and they last a REALLY long time. It's the perfect formula for a red lip, imo!

Yes I’ve reached out to customer service over the shade a couple times. They sent me a new one once, the rest was a store credit

I really had out to customer service when my product was broken and am very pleased they replaced it. I would let them know it is not the right shade foundation.

I am about the same shade as you and they gave me the shade 4. I reached out and they were pretty much like sorry you’re not happy with your products, but make sure you fill out the quiz for a better match in the future. Which is a joke because I update my quiz a few times a year but my complexion shade has been light/fair since I subscribed like 7 years ago. 🙄

I got a powder that wasn’t my shade, reached out and they said it was because of what was in my profile and I should try it. Also 1200 points for the points shop. Wasn’t thrilled. With all the shade matching technology online uploading your photo & getting the perfect match there is no reason they couldn't send you a link/ email for you to do this ahead of your box arriving. Plus so many brands have more than 12 shades, anymore it seems like every brand offers at least 30 different options for shades. I'm usually the lightest too. I hope they can make it right with u. I wonder if Rachel's Golden Faden serum was a reject from the factory, it seemed like something was wrong with the dispenser. You guys are so funny! 😂tubing mascara I tried once the Calliray one & I thought I loved it, but it got old quick. I wonder if tubing mascaras age quicker than regular mascaras? I just remember it wouldn't hold a curl & would come off really quickly. Removing it was easy. I think I need to try a waterproof mascara next since I use eye drops a lot. I tried the Thrive mascara & hated it, I couldn't figure out how to apply it, & it wouldn't hold a curl either even with mascara primer🤯

I'm surprised they sent you the foundation! I don't think they had 1N available. 2N is too warm/deep for me, but I still bought it in the add-ons, hoping it would work. It is way too warm/deep. I'm going to try mixing it with something that is cooler, lighter, and maybe more matte, for balance.
