It's tracks like these that make me love anime so much. The motivation to fight against the odds regardless of how low they are is something that has always inspired me. Tracks like these help bring that inspiration to life in my own world :)
To note, these are the original lyrics - it was always in english from the beginning. Hiroyuki Sawano has done a number of tracks like that for various projects, and they tend to be really really good.
Theres no Mika Version. You probably mean Through my blood, but thats a different song. Ninelie is by Aimer and the english version (icon) is by Eliana.
Here are the lyrics for those who would like to copy/paste them uwu Where are you now? Wash away this day of hurt But your bleeding scars Reminds you that barricade Tell me how You keep your focus And are intent Althought the crowds' memories must be decayed Some little ironies Call tragedies, so silently And you faced their gravity In agony, though Don't be afraid The daybreak has come out There's no curtain call No regrets are needed Among the world of you and I You know, we have made every damn single mistake That's what it's all about The life we've belonged Where are you now? Have you stripped your spirit down? Cus we made you so, To be our lethal grenade Here I am Prating for your peace at now Don't you hear me like a confessy serenade? Some little ironies Call tragedies, so silently And you faced their gravity In agony, though Don't be afraid The daybreak has come out There's no curtain call No regrets are needed Among the world of you and I You know, we have made every damn single mistake That's what it's all about The life we've belonged Hearts bruise easily How much strenght our bodies have achieved? Won't you please forgive yourself? And then tears will go above the sky So, sob bitterly in my arms Just let go selfishly You don't have to feel your guilt That you walk ahead of your hope Don't be afraid The daybreak has come out There's no curtain call No regrets are needed Among the world of you and I You know, we have made every damn single mistake That's what it's all about The life we've survived Don't be afraid daybreak has come Don't be afraid daybreak has come Don't be afraid daybreak has come Don't be afraid daybreak has come
@@SherenMcEren I absolutely hate when they do that lol like I get it but it just doesnt work. Only time I found a good one is from Team Four Star that did a English remake of Unmei No Hi. Its amazing!
What is wrong with the english remake though ? The lyrics do make sense like if you'd only listen to them ... Don't be biased appreciate the art _ Because quite frankly it seems like you're ranting
Dude WHERE TF DO I FIND MORE MUSIC BY ELINA ? the original nineline is sing by aimer right? Who is this elina person and why i cant find any trace of her
@@jeykritov5123 yes. A an afro-latin japanese vocalist, not popular at all compared to someone like aimer She has few songs, but what made her somehow famous is her collabs w sawano. Specifically speaking kabnari of the iron fortress w songs like s_team and ICON. ICON is the english version of ninelie. It’s an official song in sawano album, i thought it was a mere cover by her She also worked w him on AOT briefly
The original is meant to be understood in actual Japanese language, not the English translated version. This English cover is very nice too but you can't say it's better. They are very nice in their own ways. Also, I personally find the original lyrics convey deeper meanings than this one.
