Thanks for showing the ship in real life - nice to see how the crowd truly is. I see A LOT of kids; what time of year was this? Also, what time of night was it? We're sailing on Icon in October and we're hoping to avoid all of that. Trust me, I know it's a family cruise line, and I don't hate children, but I'd rather not be bombarded by them - LOL! Thanks for watching! This was filmed in April, but it's also at night with fewer things open, so folks are more concentrated around the Royal Promenade. We have a daytime walk video too, and you'll get a better idea of the average crowd spread there. Most of the time, kids will be concentrated around Surfside. That said, the ship almost never felt overcrowded, save for a few smaller areas (like the adults-only Hideaway). The Promenade is wider, the elevators are smarter, and the dining areas have more available seating. It's a noticeable improvement if you've sailed with Royal Caribbean before!
