You know how to keep yourself busy! I should probably go for Trabi ownership again one day... I did have a 70s one a couple years ago but it didn't have much floor left in it and a shady past so I moved it on without doing anything with it!

I will be a steep learning curve as there are loads of parts and boxes of bolts.. no idea where most of it goes at the moment

No worries about rust in the mostly duroplast body, lol.

Well you would think that but they rust badly.. you don't see it as the outer skin being Duroplast hides it well.. the entire structure and inner shell is steel and suffers... I know this one needs welding..

I have 2 old Skoda Estelles, a 120L and a modified one with a 1.8 16V, I built it on my drive but it getting more work done slowly. I also have a late Wartburg a 4 stroke version, videos on all these cars on the channel.
