As a former McD employee from nearly 40 years ago, when we ran out of Big Mac sauce we just added ketchup to our tartar sauce we used for the Filet o Fish and instant Mac sauce.

I love that Josh wrapped his amalgamation of burger icons in parchment paper shows that it is gon-be-juicy lol. That butter, bbq sauce and beef drippings. But my fav still has to be J. Kenji López-Alt's double double recreation.

White Castle does not have mustard. Just cheese, onions, and pickles. Krystal, which is almost identical, puts mustard on theirs.

Need many more burger show episodes .... loved the one with Elizabeth Olsen ... maybe do one with the entire MCU! Or a series with well known burgers across the country again... Ohio has the historic Thurman Cafe home of the The Thurmanator (Columbus), and the , Kewpee Hamburgers (Lima), Sumburger (Chillicothe), Crabill's Hamburgers (Urbana), Don's Downtown Diner ( Bellefontaine), and of course Swensons's, White Castle, the list goes on and on ... Ohio is a burger paradise!

George Motz did a version of the Bob's Big Boy double cheese burger, which is more iconic than any of the six shown. They should have included the Big Boy.
