I love it I genuinely it's beautiful in every sense of the word but, I feel like it's too too much for me it's beautiful but I wouldn't feel myself there
Amazing spaces. Someone put heart & soul into that! Hints of mid-century modern abound. Time to change up most of the furniture, add shelves and storage, garnish with wallpaper, paint, rugs and texture to capture the dramatic changes from the daylight. How bad is the wind when you open up the doors to the outside, I wonder? Great spot to launch a drone. Wire frame furniture is a design felony in such a space.
Why does Chicago have such a beautiful Golden Mile downtown? It doesn't make sense. They don't have the weather of California or the high art or NYC, of the Tech Companies of San Francisco or the Natural Beauty of the Pacific Northwest. Who pays for all of this?
Chicago has all of the above, but Midwestern style. Numerous and very diverse business opportunities. Many Chicagoans enjoy the year-round weather changes without the extreme economic ups/downs experienced in the West, East and Southeast.
Awesome penthouse but I don't know why someone who is obviously wealthy would want to live in Chicago. I know it's not in a violent part of the town but regardless of that, I wouldn't live anywhere near that city. But everyone has their own preferences.
