Sir in central line catheter kit we get one extra attachment to fix catheter which can be placed before the triangular head that we take stitch to skin to fix the catheter. Want to know why it is given and when to place that.
First one is not actually fixing the CVC. If you try and pull it you'll see you can entirely take it out accidentally. So that's the use of the second attachment that you should use on better fixing it to the skin.
You do realise that noone suggests using sterile gloves just to handle 3ways, right? Unless you consider wearing plain gloves is better than washing your hands before and after small stuff like this.

sir subclavian line insertion can cause sudden death as it was hppnd wd me if sir death hppnd due to hemorrhage it would take some tym or arrhythmia but death rarely noted in litreture sir would u like to explain dis death bczz procedure was clean just during insertion of central line aftr dilatation child died
