Thompson telling the media that the PCA when it is released contains all the information they have based on facts. You made a lot of sense. The one thing that I don't agree with is the stalker. It doesn't make sense that the only person she would mention this to is a random guy she doesn't know at a smoke shop. A stalker has never been confirmed.

If they diddnt tore the house down, we wouldve known and see how Dylan was standing behind the door and how far she couldve seen. And we couldve had a feel about the other rooms in relation to where she was.. how thin the walls were... and it was old flooring..
We have been told that this was a "party house," and we have seen videos of parties there regularly -- whether or not any of the lease holders were present. As such, I find it hard to believe that there wasn't party at the house on this particular night, a Saturday night following a big game that afternoon. Although we're supposed to believe that the house was quiet, and that all the residents and Ethan were either sleeping or on their way to bed, I suspect that a typical group of partiers were on premise, and that this group, all of whom were known to the occupants, planned and executed this crime.

Perhaps someone who got in fight with Ethan were at the house to discard his still alive body into his bed. Perhaps that same person took advantage of his girlfriend while he was in his vulnerable state. Maybe Dylan and Bethany showed no curiosity at the noises this created, but Kaylee and Maddie would not ignore someone being attacked. They investigated and paid the price since the depraved perp was stronger than them..
I still think the frat party fight could have really been a big issue and targeted Eathan. They could have been drunk and high and angry and wanted to go finish him off but ended up doing a lot more. It's the only one that makes the most sense to me without getting into some INSANE theories

After the party (and the fight) everybody knew Ethan would be going back to the house with Xana....I believe Dylan and Bethany were either not in the house or warned something would happen. IMO Ethan was the target or one of the targets. And I believe Ethan and Xana died first - due to severe fights in the frat.
I definitely agree those girls were gone...b4 it started or during...I have been saying this for awhile...they came back with friends in the morning like nothing happened-maybe they didn't know a murder scene would happen at the house but they excused themselves from the house for a reason...DM whole report is a hoax
The dog would have been the first to go, eliminate barks and bites. If it was a targeted hit, you would take all six, not four and leave two. The two "survivors" were either given notice to vacate the premises, or they were the ones who let the actual perps know when everyone was there. Law enforcement stood guard. There's no way a party house, with drugs and hot white girls, would see no traffic on a Saturday night with a football game having been played that evening. This was a drug hit, either for money and/or drugs not being accounted for, or in retaliation for what one of the parents said or did. Either way, the revenue stream was interrupted, and a message was sent via the killings. Everyone in that town knows what happened, and who did it, and it wasn't some dude about to get his doctorate in his 20's, he's not going to throw his life away over something like this. He was just a patsy who either bought dope there or wanted to meet one of the girls, either way, he's an outsider, and therefore expendable.
I'm beginning to gravitate towards the realization that a complete stranger would not go up to the 3rd floor without being seen and would not start the crime on the 3rd floor when there was no direct exterior exit from that level -- except for, potentially, a window. But LE doesn't report that the suspect exited via a 3rd floor window; rather, they say he started on the 3rd floor and came back downstairs. The idea of a solo stranger starting on the 3rd floor and then coming downstairs where people were obviously awake and alert makes no sense. It is my opinion that at least 1 household member had to have ben involved.

Given the number of people (asleep and awake) in the house at the time, going up onto the isolated third floor with no convenient escape would have been unwise and ultra-challenging for a complete stranger. (Though there was that weird LA body cam footage of a police officer commenting on the fact that there were no exterior stairs to the third floor -- odd.)

I really think that the two surviving roommates were spared because they were still in the Greek life. The other 4 were not. I think that 4 frat brothers did it . Ethan was a second year freshman. He refused to be hazed because he knew about a possible hazing death of a kid named Hudson from the previous year. The ones I'm thinking of were in Lacrosse and wrestling and used those skills along with a knife due to the quietness of that time of night. Look at the post on 4 Chan. They had intimate details one month after the murders, on that post. 19 minutes is how long that post says it took. It's the 4 boys running in the background across the field, I bet around 3:00'ish. - The other two roommates are probably silent because they know that the killers aren't captured and they're afraid. - 4 people did this after the last light went out in the King Rd. house, I think.
Xana's father said that Ethan and Xana were living together and Ethan and Xana's friend mentioned how he was so exited to move back with them (meaning at the sigma Chi) so that indicates that Ethan was unofficially living with Xana

I’ve came to a conclusion that the kay bar knife was in possession of Maddie and that she had it with her the whole night while she was wearing the big black coat. I think she knew something was coming, but her plan backfired, and that knife was used against her when she took it out to defend herself, that’s why the sheet was left over

Just speculating based on limited information. What if they knew something was up. Drug deal gone wrong, ratting to escape conviction etc. For the speed of these executions probably more like a machete type weapon than a knife. The coroners report should have more information on depth, length, patterns of injuries. - Xana new locks - Kabar sheath under the sheet, so kept as a defensive weapon. (We know there were plenty around, frat halloween party etc) - golf club, likely second or third weapon. But we know from noise complaint video it was on the first floor spare room. So, I suspect it was kept as a defensive weapon in Xana's room

I still wonder about the story that a bunch of other students showed after the crime and they was acting like. the victims are asleep, we can't get them to wake up! though the blood was all over the place and the victims were all cut up.
All 4 victims are all in pictures that they took that day or day before, could a person that gets dumped see all the pictures and read how much they loved one another and how happy they all were together. Then to find out later that night his ex is surprisingly back in Moscow with a brand new rover she planned on driving to Texas with her and ex boyfriends dog, everyone having good times taking pictures and such without the person that used to be a fifth in pictures and etc.. where he used to be, Kaylee was not supposed to be back in town at 1122 king and as a result she coincidentally has fallen victim due to overkill in her wounds that would indicate a crime of passion and erasing the 4 smiling victims in good times photos points to ....? In my opinion more than one person did this and I also believe one of them had a Rambo machete weapon that can stab like a knife but also slash, carve, and tear with the saw like features on the top of blade, weapon like this would not even have to be sharp, hard to really say as this case has so many rabbit holes that could fit in narrative that it makes peoples heads spin for sure, one thing it all adds up to corruption in hiding , protecting, and even flat out lying by LE, PROSECUTION, AND JUDGE and it's appalling just how much control the university of Idaho has on Moscow idaho

I think the target was someone upstairs and 1 victim became 2 victims having slept in the same bedroom. Then, the suspect encountered Ethan or Xana upon exit, who he chased back to their room to make it 3 and then 4 victims. After that, the suspects primary objective was to leave fast, not noticing or caring to pursue Dylan
You have to consider the Linda Lane footage, Maddies coat, the arrest of all of those arrested in connection with the higher level drug trafficking person from Boise. Several or many others knowledgeable/participating. The possibility that some victims were brought there.

Hey! I want to give some of my opinions about this case... Firstly, it was an Saturday dawn, and college students, especially those living alone in a college town, are used to partying on weekends. That being said, I think DM may have gone out to party that night, and therefore, I consider the possibility of her being under the influence of some (synthetic) drug that may have made her feel insecure and unwilling to socialize, in case there was a party at the house. This fact could also justify her opening the door three times. When you're under the influence in this way, things get confusing, and it's normal to take nonsensical actions. If that's the case, there would be no reason to include this information about her being on drugs in the PCA. It's a fact that only the police and involved law enforcement need to know. After all, this truly damages a person's image, who's still alive and has a whole life ahead. I don't think it makes sense for the perpetrator to be watching from the cars in the parking lot. Because Maddie and Kaylee didn't leave with their cars that night, we know they went out to a bar to drink and returned home with app driver. In other words, their cars were parked in front of the house throughout the night. I think the only thing that makes sense is Maddie being the target. If you consider that she was the target, the perpetrator wouldn't even need to know the interior of the house to know where her room was, as she had a large, pink "M" decoration on her window, which was fully visible. He went straight to the third floor, ignored DM's room, and in my opinion, he went straight to Maddie's room. I think if Kaylee were the target, the killer would hardly enter Maddie's room because from the parking lot behind the house, you could clearly see the "M" in her window. The perpetrator knows the name of his target, and wouldn't want to waste time searching for the right room; any clue, like an "M" in the window, would deter him from entering that room or help him go straight to the target. And also, according to the information from the Gonçalves family, Kaylee was trapped and fought for her life, so which makes us to think Maddie was the first and was probably asleep while being stabbed, and Kaylee woke up with all the movement and found herself in a situation with no escape. I agree with what you said about the possibility of DM yelling for silence and drawing the perpetrator's attention to the second floor, and coupled with the information we have that Xana and Ethan were awake eating doordash and proprably with the lights on, I believe that they really were in the wrong place at the wrong time. Finally, I also have a huge doubt about whether it was just one person who committed this crime or more. I believe it only makes sense for there to have been more than one perpetrator if there were indeed more than one target. According to the information since the beginning of the case, and law enforcement stating that there it was a targeted crime, I think I can consider more towards the fact that it was only one person with one target, and things just got out of control. I also have a doubt whether BK was the perpetrator, especially since it has already been made clear that there is no evidence connecting him to the victims, in the hearings that have already taken place. And sorry for the long text, I'm really interested in discussing this crime. I appreciate your video and content!
Dylan more than likely wasn't in the house. Good possibility that they were murdered elsewhere, then placed in their rooms. There's ways forensics can determine that, but they got rid of the beds and furniture immediately after the crime, then tore the house down, so those studies can never be performed.

I think whoever did this was angry and it was personal!! The stab wounds on Kaylee alone tells you this person felt hatred toward her!! Using a knife would be less noise than a firearm knowing other people were in the house that they wouldn't' question the noise being it's a partyhouse!! It's possible he knew something was going down that night he kept driving by the house because it was quiet no party going on he kept returning to maybe see someone he knew. Whoever did it knew how to navigate the house and disappear without drawing attention. Not saying it couldn't be Brian Koehberger the fact he's vegan and his dislike of meat to me doesn't fit the crime. He obviously has seen graphic photos of crime scenes in his studies is why perhaps he's vegan!! He's an oddball but that alone does not make him the perpetrator. Just sayin
BK was part time security guard for 5 years. Was BK trained to use /access a taser stun device. Medical report may explain two weapons involved. We wait .... Theory is taser, taser, thud , .....Silenced . BK was schooled how to hide forensic evidence and aware of steps taken in the LE investigation. The likely link will be the number plates on suspect vehicle1 , 2013 plates on a 2015 model to deter LE may be part of the plan. We wait and see ...

I think one or both know something bc who did they call and who went over the house? What were they doing the 8 hrs? Instead of calling 911, the students from the campus knew about the MURDERS before the cops were called. I do believe BK was involved with someone else. BK is able to be strength but remember, when he got arrested, he did mention who else got arrested? However, the frat brothers should be looked into. Maybe someone was Stalking the girls. DM is involved and being protected by LE IMO. Ethan was definitely one of the targets the red jeep was shared by ethan and hunter the range rover was kaylees not ethans sisters. The frats are involved and kaylee nay have been in the wrong place at the wrong time.
My theory is that LE were involved. Its not uncommon in these small cities for LE to look the other way in drug deals. Their pay isn't great and can be dangerous so making a bit of money on the side just by not interfering in the local drug activity. LE apparently made numerous trips to the King Rd house and it was a known drug house in the community. LE at no time seems interested in entering the house or be inquisitive about drug use or even undérage drinking just "noise. ". Most LE given the chance would ask could they enter to ascertain the situation never happened with these cios as it appeared as if they were guarding or watching the house. LE used the stopping of the three boys as a distraction from what would be going on in the house. People would avoid the ateya seeing the cops stopping individuals that didn't appear to be drinking but did so anyway. Who else could subdue six people without any of the six including the victims themselved not to call 911. Why call the cops if they were already there. The phrase, "I am here to help you" is a common cop phrase used to garner trust and to elicit a confession from a suspect. I think Kaylee heard noise from her own room went downstairs to investigate and LE told her "I am here to help" so trusting LE she went to Maddie's room woke her up and started to call Jack. She gets concerned when she hears Xana scream and goes back down stairs leaving Maddie to continue to call Jack. At that point she realized she was in danger and was chased back upstairs to Maddies room and the killer (s) pushed their way in. The girls had no place to run. A two year LE rookie with no murder investigation promoted over a ten year veteran to oversee the case mainly to plant evidence and to steer the narrative in the direction they wanted far away from their own involvement. The motive was to hush up a snitch, Xanas mother and to cover up their own involvement.
Then why all the calls to the boy? Like for help? Maybe Xana was the target and Ethan was collateral damage. The girls upstairs heard and get murdered. Dog being in different room is weird too. Or the upstairs gal was the target and they killed more people to throw off track of it being boyfriend

@LanaMarie JS DID say that exact statement to Maddie after she told KG that “I told Adam everything.” Early on when that CCTV video came out there were 1-3 ppl who were ‘sound/audio engineers’ and filtered the video but more do the audio and what was exactly said. One podcaster or engineer had VERY professional & expensive equipment he/they used and it was up/online/RU-vid for not very long…JS clearly says that to Maddie/KG and neither girl said anything back to him--silence. I’ve ALWAYS felt like whatever she told Adam (they knew he’d tell his roommate, JD, ASAP)…they were very worried about for some ODD reason. KG was on her cellphone at the Grub Truck the entire time like texting someone…then snapped a pic…KG was indeed “concerned” about something after Corner Club then more so after MM told her what she told Adam. Then those calls that early morning from both phones he didn’t answer. But I DID hear this audio VERY CLEARLY myself and JS DID say someone was going to get them for “that”…100% FACT 🎯…liked your show and thoughts…stay the course and keep it up!! ATL, GA in the house
I’ve since tried to locate the super filtered audio/cctv video myself but it was taken down maybe a month (max 2 months) after it was put up and clear what he said to them. Mine isn’t hearsay but I actually saw/heard it…the rougher ones before someone who knew what they were doing got ahold of it I heard those too. I think it has something to do with the case is why it has been taken down. I’ve been following intensely since it happened as well. I’d like to know Who cleared every person…When and Which ppl were cleared-again by whom…How so fast?? Also, of course WE don’t know nearly everything as far as evidence goes at all. And we won’t know till the trial. I’ll lastly (for now) say this…I don’t care, BUT NO reason could be given if I or my son/daughter was innocent of this/a crime like this and just sit around in jail for 2-4 years without raising SO MUCH “HAIL” even the president would know of me and my innocent self/son/daughter. He has ZERO ALIBI and is screwed is THE ONLY reason he’s still just “stuck” & ultimately pucked 🎯. Ppl overlook this daily…if it were them and 100% innocent…they’re just going to sit back at the prime of their life in a Latah County jail?? Remember there were four people running from the house at 3:15. I believe those four are the killers coming from the house. I believe these killings were done by kids that went to the university. It could have been about drugs or maybe something else. The something else could be about Hudson Lindow who was in the frat and Ethan knew Hudson. Could Hudson have been murdered and Ethan knew about it. If so I then believe Ethan told the girls so all four of them then knew of the murder of Hudson.
Lana, I think that your idea of the two on the third floor being the targets, and the two on the second floor my have surprised the killer as he was leaving. The killer my naver have known that Mortenson and Funke were there at all.
You need to realize DM lied in order to avoid speding time and energy analyzinng her lies. You also need to realize that not even the times of the deaths of the victims is established by the medical examiner, because of the 8+ hour delay before calling the cops. In otherwords, the cops base the time of the murders on DM's statements. This causes you to assume, among other things, that the victims were all killed at the same time. And, of course, by one (1) person. This, thus, causes a casual observer to reasonably conclude that the defendant, Kohberger, is an UberMensch. A inordinately powerful, strong, muscular, athletic man who is capable of killing two pairs of victims in two rooms one after the other, leave no DNA, and then get in his car without any of the victim's DNA on hiim. That's exactly what the PCA and subsequent government information says happened. And the there's the sheath, which Blaker and the cop who wrote the PCA never saw when first viewing the crime scene, etc., etc.

i agree, especially considering what thompson said at the hearing today. but that doesn't mean someone else couldn't have stalked them. again, not even necessarily in a traditional, creepy, peeping tom kind of way. this could have been someone who knew the victims, was maybe even at one of their parties once or twice, got fixated on one of them, and there you have it.

I don't buy the G's cover story for Jack D. Her mother called her a brat in an interview for breaking up with Jack D. There were videos early on posted that showed Jack D engaging in bizarre social media behavior towards his ex, but those videos were taken down after Kohberger was arrested. Drip Drop did a good job on them.
There are a LOT of signs and timings that point at Jack D no doubt. So obvious though that we'd have every reason to believe Moscow PD and prosecution would have no difficulty establishing this..
