Bryan Kohberger has been charged with four counts of first-degree murder and one count of felony burglary in the deaths of Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle, and Ethan Chapin. Kohberger's legal team says it intends to offer testimony from a cell site location information expert, to help support Bryan's alibi.

I live in Idaho and his team is trying everything to get him out of this. It has already been proven that he was in the area before and after the murders. Kohburger and his team have even added more of a delay by saying they need to do a multiple generation DNA study on his ancestors before they go to court. The judge just gave them their last extension on that. The state is ready to go to court this summer but it has been pushed to the summer of 2025. I feel for the victims families.

I read an article somewhere that discussed an interview w one of his sisters who apparently suspected him prior to them arresting him. I do not remember the specifics other than that.

He would have announced it. And that expert can be wrong. Also, BK is not his cell phone. Once can be left somewhere while he drives to the home and back. But I've also heard of the possibility that his cell connected to Bluetooth devices inside 1122 despite it being on airplane mode. If so, he is most definitely going to be placed inside the house at the time of the murders. @@y2y66

I think his attorneys are confused about what a credible Alibi is. There has to be another person with him or like catching him on camera that can confirm his whereabouts. Nobody is denying that he wasn't driving around at night did a murderer and then drove away

They haven't even entertained the thought of someone else as a perpetrator. There is no justice for the victims in destroying another innocent life. The first DNA test on the knife sheath turned up nothing. If he is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, fine; If he's just who they want because of inconclusive circumstantial evidence, then the search for the murderer should be broader.

He takes this whole thing as if it’s a game. He’s not dumb enough to think stargazing is the best alibi it’s all he has. He knows he’s in deep. I think he’s mocking it in his own way. Anyway.. 1:37, pause it for a moment and stare at that man’s eyes. You see one pupil looking at his attorney and the others looking right at you. All you feel is the devil. I still think he had help. This crime was almost too perfect.

It didn’t say anything about dna at this time of the video. I’m just saying his phone could have been in a different place than his physical person. 🤷🏽‍♀️ he could have still been there, regardless of the location of his cell phone.

yea having your phone as your witness doesn't really corroborate your testimony. Even if your phone was not in that area at the time, you can still take pictures of the night sky for a couple minuets and leave your phone there, go do your thing and come back, taking some more pictures.

The defence have had enough time. Go to court so the families, the victims, can move on. Everyone’s had enough time to put their case together. If Brian Kohberger is innocent he could prove it easily with his lawyers by now.

He is a creep, look at him! This kid did it, he planned it, he stalked them, he wore a tyvek suit, he probably modified it and painted it black so he could hide in the dark. He is a psychopath. He buried the knife or threw it off a bridge, burned the suit or buried it somewhere in the area, it can’t be far because he didn’t go far. He covered his tracks well but not well enough. He was still being careful at mommy and daddy’s because he lost the sheath while committing the murders.

...No other prosecutors /judges in any other cases NEVER asked for any writte alibi from the defendant before the trial. .. this is very sus, seems as the prosecutors do not have any evidence of his guilt , and they try to make up something out from his alibi before the trial. To ask defendant for alibi before the trial is the violation of Defendants' rights bcz prosecutots haver to provie by themselves if he is guilty or not . This is the weak case This is the first and only one sus case when prosecutors/judges are asking for aliby before the Trial and destroying the crime scene _ the evidence- before tha trial> Kohberger is innocent. watch harsh Reality

@@MarieWoodward-fs8pq Are you lost? cops never found his DNA at all .< neither on the sheath or in the house. < his dad's micribe DNA found in the Texas lab (after Idaho lab did not find any DNA on the clean military sheath) _ so, his DAD' s dna does not count as "relevant evidence" to kill his son by firing squad.
