Yeah - you’re right. My bad. Just did a repair on it and was checking ignition - thought i’d show how to get into high/low fire. Yup - dont do your fga with cover off… open venturi etc etc. well spotted. Makes you wonder why you’re watching it 😂

I was servicing my ideal logic today and the boiler would only stay in high flame for about 45 seconds. Then it would cut out and fire back up about 10 seconds later and repeat. Made it almost impossible to get a gas rate and FGA. why might this have been Happening?

Hi, I’ve got one of these boilers and the temperature fluctuates when heating is of between 77c and 61c every 2 minutes. Is this normal?

You shouldn’t fire an ideal up with the cover off
