Caye Caulker is my solo travel spot. Love how everything is close (Water, restaurants, street food, bars). Went in January and going again in August. Hope to buy property on Ambergris Caye one day. Belize is my favorite country!
Appreciate the comment. It is a really cool spot for travel! Whenever you're ready to secure that dream property I am more than happy to help! will@remaxbelizerealestate.com
Caye Caulker was my first choice when we were looking for property, but we were priced out of oceanfront property. Ended up with two adjacent lots near Waree Bight (near Sarteneja), one of which is oceanfront on Corozal Bay for a fraction of the price. The downside is there isn't any restaurants, bars or stores to walk to. We did want a quiet spot, though and the view is incredible.
Thank you so much for all your info on San Pedro and all of the video. My son and daughter in law (who live there) with my parents just opened Lxchell wellness resort there and I have never been so it really helped me see more of there life and home. Making me feel closer. Thank you
We bought a small, affordable farm (less than $50K usd) right outside of Spanish Lookout, BZ (the high country)! Coming from LA, CA, originally, we found the pace to be slow, but on a farm you do have a lot to do, and we have become totally sustainable! I hated it at first, but the people are the best in Belize, the food is incredibly healthy, and I always wanted my family to be self-sufficient, especially in these turbulent times - world problems don't really effect us here!
I’m from SoCal…..I agree, the pace of life is so slow, but I would not trade it for any other place, except maybe Italy……but for now it’s Belize, Belize……I’m in Cayo and I love this rain and scenery.
I love Caye Caulker and San Pedro.....The water taxi is one of the coolest experiences seeing the random islands with houses on them. The ruins/caves in San Ignacio were amazing. Its also WAY cheaper there than in the States (I live in Dallas).
Thank you for this mi fren. Cozy heading to Belize shortly and just wants to be left alone. Nice passive income source that clears a little under $5K a month. Is possible? Cozy cool living on beans and rice. Just want to be left alone and be around wildlife. No alcohol drinking is no healthy.
@@WillMitchellBelize when would there be a video on how to get Amazon and Shein's products imported into the island cause I hear a lot of people talking about it
Hey there! It's awesome to hear that our videos helped you decide on Belize. Overall I would say we're definitely family friendly. Its a completely different pace than the US. Would be a change but I think there are huge long term benefits.
Very Beautiful Presentation My Brother “ informative with great footage…love this one…I know this ain’t easy…But, Please keep it Coming.Poncho C St Fingers
great video thanks, yeah I want mountain land and looking to be west of belmopan, for the hospitals and city life. Im NOT a party clubber. so punta gorda, or Spanish Lookout. - thanks again.
@@WillMitchellBelize Please do. It's going to experience a lot of growth with the new road getting closer to completion. My land is close to Sarteneja, so I have a personal interest.
Great content. Thank you! What do we know about sewage and the water quality on the cayes? In MX its become a problem. I would have to assume the infrastructure is on par with MX. I'm leaning toward CR simply because of their focus on this. Any info and links would be much appreciated.
Great video. I looked online and a lot of the Mahogany Bay properties are owned by Hilton? So those are different than the pre build your own properties I guess
Much appreciated! The Hilton owns a small percentage of the community and the remaining properties are clear title ownership. Happy to get you all the details if you'd like: will@remaxbelizerealestate.com
Can you point me to one of your recent videos about building on Ambergris Caye? We own one in Spanish Reef. Just visited and now researching what to build and how to do it. Any suggestions? Thanks
Your favorite spot is called Sin Pedro by the locals and throughout Belize. San Pedro used to be this quaint place, very beautiful and laid back….all the streets were white beach sand, no cars, no gas vehicles only electric golf carts. Now it is very noisy and ugly. Not too long ago I would be able to catch a fish and the hotel owner would cook it up for us. Now it’s filled with sinfulness…..drugs, traffic and pollution and murder.
You say the ocean water is not as clear round Corozal. Would Placenzia be better for water clarity? I am looking to retire a few years down the road, and Belize is high on my list. I am not buying a house, probably renting. Can you count on finding apartments in places like Placenzia or Corozal, and without the "gringo pricing?"
@@WillMitchellBelizeGood! I like Caye Caulker's sandy streets and (almost) no cars/trucks. It's the 'Go Slow' island. Very laid back and that's what makes it special.
@@WillMitchellBelize This show was good but you wrnt pretty quick The msp used to show sround was good but how about a show on each place please Will, when you can I know how busy you keep 😉
10 This Message says that Islam, Christianity and Judaism are the three spirits of frog in Revelation 16:13. These three religions claim to be of Abraham. These three religions believe in Moses. These three religions do not believe in living prophets but each claims to be of a prophet that it did not know. Each of them has its own holy book. And all three are waiting for the Messiah. They are the three spirits of frog in Revelation 16:13. This Message says that they are the same demons that raised up Elvis Presley, Bob Marley, James Brown, Madonna, Papa Wemba that have raised up, today, those Christian groups and singers like Tabitha Lemaire, Don Moen, Exo Eclats, Yolanda Adams and Celine Dion... 5 And yet when God is at work, every event participates for the better. Why this crisis in Ivory Coast? Why this movement toward Abidjan? What is this attraction? Notice that in Luke 2:1-7, Emperor Caesar Augustus demanded that everyone should go to his hometown for a census. Why? He himself did not know it but it was so that the Lord Jesus Christ should be born in Bethlehem and that the prophecies might not be confused. We have heard, we came to see and we have seen from the Scriptures that this preacher is the one who was promised in Matthew 25: 6 and whom we must follow. [Ed: The congregation says, “Amen!”].
