I wonder if they have condensation build up behind they new shelves? I love those shelves and I too don't like most conservatories, so if condensation was not an issue I think it is a brilliant idea.

This lady has inspired me to give my horrible conservatory a huge makeover, i love what she has done and would love to know what colour paint she used on the walls.💕

I am not into shelves especially tiny ones for they tend to collect dust. In my experience, only. Nice makeover.

But what does it look like from the outside

I consider this to be a sitting room type sunroom, conservatories are more about holding and growing different collections of plants. A dearth of potted plants does not turn it into a conservatory.

I wonder what the outside of it looks like

Can I ask How did you block up the windows and the doors in that conservatory as I would lobe to do the same to mine. Looks great and very cosy

Hello, I believe the owner just used breeze blocks and then you can have the exterior rendered. Thanks for watching!

Wow, imagine living next door to her and hearing her talk about not wanting to see the neighbour’s “boring house”, so rude!

To be fair, the houses on this estate are very much red brick, identikit houses. Obviously, the interiors and gardens vary hugely, but from the outside the houses themselves do very much fall into the "boring" category. Thanks for watching! :)

Beautiful, did she need building Reg and planning permission to do this.

Thanks! No planning permission or regs required, as it didn't change the outward appearance of the home. Also, as it's only a single-storey conservatory, planning permission probably wouldn't be required if it had changed the outward appearance, as you can normally do that kind of thing under Permitted Development.

@@TheHomesNetwork Thanks for your reply, its good to know. Are you saying that all the original doors and windows are still there just block in from inside.
@TheHomesNetwork

Yes, exactly - it's simply boarded from within. Probably doesn't look very beautiful from the outside, but I'm sure there are ways to address this!

@@TheHomesNetwork Well, the inside is beautiful and so homely, a few plants would obscure the block up doors and window. Thanks for replying it helps me greatly.
