OMG!!!! I am literally crying from joy over here. I am so glad to stumble on this video. I am 39 years old trying to prepare for my TEAS test and I couldn't wrap my head around this concept. Finally, someone explained this very clear and easy for a English second language student to understand!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!!
Irina Idaho i’m in the same exact boat. i’m studying for the TEAS right now and definitely needed to look this up!! hope you’re doing great in your nursing career! :)
You have no idea how many examples I have seen, heard, read, and watch of dependent and independent variables and I just could not grasp the concept in Science, Social Studies, or Math!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I can finally see past this fog. Thank you so very very much!!!!!
I... I love you. I am back in school for the first time in 20 years. Have been banging my head against the wall for 3 hours. Life saver!! Thank you so much!
This video just make something I thought I would never understand so easy yeah the independent variable has to come first (like happen first) before the dependent variable can happen. Now simple! All thanks to the person who posted this ❤
Finally an actual helpful math video of this topic. Thank you so much!! I was so worried that I wasn't gonna be prepared for my exams but I found this video and I am more confident now!!
Thank you. Ready for years later and I'm teaching my son this and I even forgot how to explain it thank you for the valuable lesson in this teaching of parents for their children to be learn!
bruh im lost on my question it says A telephone carrier noticed there was a relationship between the amount of time teenagers spent on their cell phone and the average number of text mess they sent. WHAT'S THE INDEPENDENT VARIABLE SOME1 HELP MEEE
It's great that you have clarified the point of the independent variable coming first because the dependent variable depends on that. That is not something that is often mentioned in that simple way, but it makes all the difference between understanding these variables, as opposed to figuring it out.
thank you soo much I saw so many videos about independent and dependent variables didn't understand anything until I clicked your video!!! very well explained!!
Enjoyable video. Thank you for the upload. I wish I could give you two likes because you are one of a number of RU-vidrs that don't open with sickening like and subscription begging/ compulsion statements. Keep up the great work :D
I think the level of engagement depends on the level of understanding not the other way around. Students who don't understand will switch off and disengage from a lesson. So engagement depends of understanding. Engagement is therefore the dependent variable that responds to understanding the independent variable.
Excellent video! My students (ELLs) were able to understand the concept much better today. The examples were clear, student-friendly, and relatable. Thank you!
Thank you so much, I'm really confused about these two. This video really helped me. I have a statistics exam that'll cover even the basics of statistics, got confused and now I'm back in track. 😭😭
I think The rental charge is (IV) Because the number of days you keep a DVD depends on the charge of the DVD per day . If the charge is more you keep less days and the vise verse. Thank you
