I paused the video just how you said At the number one, make it easy by people calling into the Ivr with that information and reporting it and then you guys have a tracking method for it crowdsource Idea number two the app that you have .. where you can report certain service issues. Also allow other people to see the problem areas to see if maybe they have issues in those areas too or also allowing people to know if there is an ETA for that problem to be resolved and having transparency in the way you do business, holding yourself accountable Number three working harder upgrading Your network and your service to make it more efficient and reliable and consistent. You don’t want to have the same coverage issues the other services have you want to stand above the pack?

I reported no coverage at my home residence over 3 months ago and AT&T did nothing. They continued to Bill me and offered no solution to the problem.

This Is Great, But The App For Iphone Users Should Be Upgraded, So That It Has A Interface Like (ios 7)

Did you know you DON'T have to keep international features on for a full 30 days?? Data features and texting features can be removed even after one day! But AT&T had it set up where you're penalized if you remove calling features early.
