And like I said before, it's not only the players in this match, it happens all the time and I don't want anybody to get attacked. 💕 I don’t think mercenary was toxic, he just got frustrated after forward started spamming “thank you”. And both are amazing players.
That Backward is rude and he uses appropriate words like " Stupid, B word, and the worst part of all the F word " =/. And u seems nice u are just a nice YT and u are not Toxic at all.

My main is cordinator, I do EVERYTHING to save them because is the only thing I can do, I am a good caiter and I try to keep the hunter following me for give them extra time to decode the machines. One day I keep the hunter for so long then he ketch me. I contain the hunter until 2 DECODING MACHINES HAS LEFT, and 2 of the survivors tried to save me with all they had. They made me scape from the balloons 5 times bro. Think with me... 2 more machines, 2 survivors take a LONG time helping me (body block, guns, football balls) and this ONLY ONE SURVIVOR WHO WAS DECODING DIDNT DECODE N O T H I N G. HE WAS FUCKING WATCHING US SAYING "THANK YOU" "THANK YOU" "THANK YOU"... BRO COULDYOU NOT??? best part of the story: they scape.. but we left this guy on the chair lol. He was saying: "THANKYOU" "THANK YOU" one of the survivors stoped in front of him for 4 or 5 seconds AND LEAVE LOL

Lmao happen to me and my sis, she was prisoner and I was using gravekeeper, I am a good kiter using Andrew. I kite for 3 almost to 4 cipher and this one damn perfumer didn't save me but spam dance emote in front of me until my sis (prisoner) come save me. The hunter Mary saw that and chase perfumer then chair her. I spam agree emote in front of her. Lmao

Yep that forward said he saved the game but i didn't see anything like that at all :/ what about perfumer op kite? He literally did nothing that worth mentioning to be honest.
When ppl get knocked down I say thank you to thank them for trying their best to kite but if I got knocked down and somebody said thank you I would think they're being sacarstic =/

Yes especially when you get hit at the same time that that person's getting healed and I always feel bad because I think they're being rude but then I see that they were actually being healed 😂😭
The one time I used a sarcastic 'thank you' was when I was kiting Wu Chang and a perfumer - on purpose - dropped a palette on me while I was on half health. I got hit and they didn't even bother trying to rescue me. But yeah, they should remove 'thank you', it gets annoying at times. Especially when you're trying out a new character and do something wrong.
They should put "i am here! heal ne please." "get to the nearest gate!" "open the gate the hunter is near me!" "Get out of here! The dungeos is here with me."
Quick question, is the Mercenary and Perfumer your friend, because they're names weren't blurred out, And another thing I want to say is, I also had a toxic teammate, everytime they closed the pallet on the hunter they always will taunt, even if it didn't hit , and then when there was 1 cipher remaining this toxic person decided to pop the cipher early when there is still somebody on the Rocket Chair, the hunter teleported away, and I saved the other survivor on the rocket chair, and the hunter teleported near the toxic survivor, after they got knocked down, they were put on the rocket chair and the hunter decided to camp on the toxic survivor whitout thinking about two of us survivors that are not knocked down, the toxic survivor kept saying "Thank you!" And then we escaped and It was a draw and after the toxic survivor trash talked everyone and the hunter just says "I don't care about the other survivors escaping at least I killed the toxic one."

A similar thing happened in my match, we were trying to save each others and then the toxic teammate just kept emoting and didnt even bother saving us. After the match we were asking why they didnt save us or try and they responded with “ you shouldve told me to rescue” The hunter killed him last because he wasnt going throught the exit gate lolol even he knew that he was bad 🙃

As a mercenary main, it hurts to me to save toxic teammates, I try all I can for them to keep alive and when they die they still are hipocrotes, even for saving them 😭

There was this one extremely toxic mechanic that would do emotes after every pallet slam (not even hitting the hunter) and then she got downed and she got camped. The mechanics as spamming thank you when no one came to rescue because all the ciphers were done. We won but the mech after chat was saying” could have been 4 escapes but y’all are cats (not the pet one)”

Whenever i get rescued or someone takes the hit for me, i use "Thank you!" And i never say "Help me!" Because that might pressure the rescuer. I just wait patiently on the chair and look around to see any escape routes and if no one saves me then atleast i acted as a distraction for my teammates :D
same! I use thank you when someone is trying to help me or healed me, but if they failed to do that i say sorry in a genuine way. But same lol, i've never used "help me!" ever
I’ve seen plenty of that and honestly i do wish there was an “it’s okay” or “don’t worry about it” ping to reply with because that’s what i’d naturally respond with in real life
@@breesnutz "dungeon is here" is useful for like 10% because when your team are waiting on the exit gate, you can just say "get out of her" and "dungeon is here" when you found the dungeon I carry those along with me but the conditions of that happening are so rare.

I say thank you if people don’t save me when they are at full health and I did a good kite. On the other hand This one mech I got spammed thank you cause i got downed quickly (she took rescuer spot from me then changed back so we had no rescuer) I ended up saving her when she could’ve died and bodyblocked then saved the prisoner. I made up for it and guess what she does. She hides at the gate where the bloody can see her using her mirror so we both died (cause I was kiting end game) we got a tie and she shit talked post match
Erika b Unless rescuers has alrdy rescued and got a hit then it should be someone else who has full health because it’s a pain healing a rescuer and it’ll affect the decoding process
Erika b When a person gets downed with 5 ciphers (not close to becoming 3 ciphers), I usually save just right before they fly off the rocket chair, or even not save, depending on cipher progress. Only during rank though, during QM I’m gonna save them all before half.

And this is one big reason I stopped playing this game. I somehow managed to rank pretty high up (probably by dumb luck haha) but the higher up you get, the more offended your teammates are. It's honestly funny that a hunter can be nicer than your team. I still remember this one match where a seer got so angry at me. I lagged hard and failed a save but instead of saving, they decided to spam "thank you". That's not all! They even taunted me when I was on a chair and put stickers everywere. In the end, the postmatch wasn't pretty. I'm just so disappointed that players can always find a way to turn the nicest and purest acts into something horrible. "Thank you" is a special comment, people should start understanding that.
People the reason the some of the players names were was blurred out was because Cherry does not want you guys to attack these people in game even if they were toxic and messed up the match, because we all know what can happen when hardcore fans attack people its not pretty. Just to clear up any misunderstandings. =)

When someone on my team gets downed after they **TRY THEIR BEST** to rescue the person on the chair and the person spams “Thank You!” and the person on the ground replies with “Sorry...”, I leave the person on the chair, because that’s so rude. If someone tries their best to rescue you and get downed, don’t say thank you, even if your just saying it to be sympathetic. You should be thankful that someone even thought of rescuing you, it’s just a game after all.

something similar happened to me yesterday. i was in promo and i was the first one to kite, a team kept spamming thank you after the hunter waited for my perfume to end and i was left with only using my perfume strategically. on the post chat, they kept saying i fucked up my own promo. their team name was PX if i'm not mistaken

I usually use "Thank you" after being healed, yet sometimes whenever a teamate gets a hit there would be a person who keeps spamming "Thank you" after each hit. Once I was kiting there was this person who keep spamming "thank you" ONLY when I get hit. Watching them got terror shocked after trying to saved me made my day :)
I think so, the thank you was supossed to be used, when a teammate rescue or heal you, but the Reality is that they use it when u got hit, when u rescue out of time & when u got knocked
in my opinion i just think "thank you" should not exist in the game :/ because most people use the saying in the wrong context but also because you don't really need to say "thank you" to someone when they heal you cause they are suppose to do that or when they rescue you. it's just what you are suppose to do in a match...if they don't play properly then they are just being mean or might be messing around

"thanks You" is not always toxic, sometimes I use it when they are healing me, it depends on who used it and in what way, Or when they rescue as another comment has already said, it is like "well done" It just isn't there for the same reason

I only use "thank you" message when have match with friends in discord. It's only for sarcastic and laughable moments that we laughed at the voice channel but I never use it when play with randoms, because sometimes when we use it in wrong timing it makes people feel discourage. Maybe they should add "thank you for heal me" or "thank you" for something elese or simply just delete it from the game imo.

I’m a grave keeper main, i do my best to be as polite as possible while also being helpful, reminding people to decode, saying how ill get the person in the chair (since I’m a rescuer) and trying to keep a clear line of communication so the game can run smoothly (saying how the hunter is near me if they camp, and kiting the hunter to my best ability to get the chance to save someone) Honestly I sometimes hate how toxic players can get, especially how you can feel the intended hatered through something simple like “Thankyou.” Like come on I’m trying bruh Also as someone who’s played hunter a few times, damn survivors who get upset over “camping” when I just put a survivor in a chair and don’t even get the chance to leave before they all rush in like *bruh plan things beforehand a little* The game is about good timing as well as teamwork

Okay lets get this straight ' Goody Way Of Saying Thank you In Match: If someone heals you or rescues you that's not toxic. Bad Way Of Saying Thank You: Spamming It, Saying it when you get chaired and die in a match blaming your teammates. There's much more ways but I don't feel like addressing them. I also feel really bad for the perfumer and mercenary. Perfumer was doing great at kiting but forward was being unbelievably toxic. And poor mercenary got frustrated :(
I know what it's like trying to do the best I can and hold the team together, and then I still get people screaming at me or others when it's a loss or a goddamn tie of all things. As an Embalmer main I only embalm friends but even then it's not very often because some hunters will leave them to bleed, I'd much rather it be me than seeing a teammate die slowly. Everytime someone spams "Thank you!" Like that, I don't even bother rescuing them if they're going to be a brat throwing tantrums and at times I want to punch them in the face through my phone. Players that act like that need to understand that it just fictional game and not an actual game of life and death. Phew! Sorry for that essay, I just really need to let this all out.
i ever said thank you to a toxic person and i hope the rest doesnt think im also being toxic, that person said thank you the whole match i was really frustrated and said thank you to them bc they were being toxic, i really want them to add "Your welcome!", I hope the rest of my team doesnt think im being toxic to but they probably did.
The forward confuses me. He says thank you when the Merc said the hunter was near him. He was so toxic, even though nobody else did anything wrong and he is the one who made mistakes like getting hit on his first dash, popping the cipher too early etc.
Well, I usually say “thank you” when I get rescued or when other’s heal me. As appreciation. I really hate when people say “thank you” when they’re on a rocket chair because it feels sarcastic. Like if they’re trying to say “Thank you for not saving me” or just “thank you for leaving me to die” it’s just a game. There’s always opportunities to win. But the thing that really pisses me off is how you save a teammate and then in the end they take the win. And you like saved them and they didn’t even bother to come for you. That’s what I hate.
To be honest, the word “thank you” really is frustrating now. I used to remove it from my vocabulary and replace it with help me or come on, keep it up! But, it’s to thank the nice people who bodyblock or rescue correctly. I’ve had instances where survivors would spam emotes and not rescue. The only thing that they would do is spam thank you. This game really gets me frustrated sometimes, because of people like that forward. The perfumer did nothing wrong! I had screamed at people because they spammed thank you and I do feel guilty, but we just gotta change thank you somehow. Not remove it, but to make people feel better. This game is getting super stressful, and it’s getting worse. I really hope people like that forward will turn around soon and actually be kind. On a happier note: great video Cherry! When I was new and people game to save but failed I would say thank you because I actually appreciated them coming to rescue and I was always called toxic 😭
This is only my opinion but I feel like there are times spamming "Thank You" is actually okay. For example, a Prospector throws a magnet at you and stuns you while you're kiting the hunter and because of that you get caught or it fucks up your kite really badly, you have every right to be pissed and complain. Or a teammate throws a pallet at your face while you're being chased by the hunter, you either have to take the hit, or risk getting a terror shock. The only times "Thank You" is really considered toxic is if the player wasn't of any help at all or did just as bad. One time, I got caught after only kiting the hunter for 60 secs and this Priestess kept spamming "Thank You" even though she did way worse (got terror shocked 20 seconds in).

Is it toxic when someone toxic is about to die on a rocket chair you say "Get out of here". If it is I'll stop but for me it's my way of telling them to shut up. I don't do it everytime someone a little toxic dies but only if they really got on my nerves
yea, I was decoding and priestess saying “don’t decode together, get out of here” and when the hunter gots me she said “thank you!” Spamming “thank you” when the hunter catches me, the hunter left her in chair and go to kill others I was emoting at priestess they all died and I escaped she was so rude to me
Once, I got called out in the post-match chat for not popping a cipher and leaving someone to bleed out... I sincerely feel really bad for that... Perfumer and I (merc) were down... And I managed to self heal... We were both on the same place, near a cipher with the hunter camping us... It started lagging and I couldn't pop the cipher... And I got downed again... and she started spamming 'thank you'... I was really sorry there and I said 'sorry' once... Then she bled out... and I wanted to see what the hunter was gonna do... He didn't chair me... He just followed me around and I crawled... Didn't get to the dungeon... Bled out. There was also one time that I didn't decode fast enough and I popped the last cipher right after someone got tied to a balloon... I really feel bad for those things... Now I'm just sacrificing myself for my teammates whenever I can... Cuz I don't want to be the one decoding the last cipher anymore... Too much pressure.
Whenever I heal someone and they say thank you (like when someone got hit while getting chased) I immediately say "healing %--" just so people don't get the wrong idea lol..

Then one day I realised I took this game too seriously, so I quitted the game for a while. And now I’m back, I realised how toxic I was back then
Goodness, I wish I was aware of this before. It’s a shame that now some people may not know whether to keep “thank you” as a message or not because of something toxic someone did. I really do want to show my appreciation for my teammates, but how am I going to do that now?
Well, I hate thank you too, but there was that one time in rank where I got down by Hell Ember in the first seconds of the match and an acrobat told tank you, but didn't spam it and even saved me, but I was really embarrassed and I felt like I kinda deserved that.
I was healing one of my teammates and another teammate got chaired- I was gonna say “Don’t move, I’m coming” but I misclicked and pressed “Thank you” instead and I- I felt so bad- Like, I know it was a stupid thing to feel remorse over but still. I knew they assumed I was being sarcastic because afterwards they liked everybody but me, and I just felt really bad about it. I removed the thank you button after that.
I only say thank you when someone heals or saves me.. If I'm down, or if I die I say sorry.. Sometimes I accidently click thank you instead of sorry, so I hope I didn't hurt their feelings.
Im sorry if this is kinda irrelevant to the video but does anyone know why i dont have the "thank you" option in IV? I tried fixing it a few times but nothing works. I thought they took it out but multiple people have been spamming "thank you" in-game.. am i just blind or does anyone else have this problem?
