yes exactly its just boring as hell and removes half of the fun from the gameplay. i recently switched to enchantress and every time i match with a percy i get super mad bc i can't do my last deduction without rocket chairs :') not to mention u can't bully him like other hunters. i can't imagine how rescuer mains must feel tbh
@@Zombina638 you can't rescue people from balloons or rocket chairs since he doesn't pick survs up so your options to bully him are limited (I know you can still kite him but it's different and more boring to me)
There's 50% of people who don't like Percy because of Ashley other 40% that doesn't like him because he's OP and 10% that probably likes to play as him imo

@@butterflylife3248 It’s not clear if he had feelings for Gardner when she was a kid so i can’t say but he acted creepy around her which made Gardner uncomfortable even Doctor didn’t want him anywhere near her
Percy isn’t op, he is sorta like a normal hunter, not to op or broken in my opinion. Percy is easy to counter, Doctor is able to counter him from experience. Percy would be Op depending on the player if they got practice as well as knows the strategy of the survivors
Lmao, that much is obvious to experienced players. The only reason I hate him (and absolutely refuse to not be toxic to Percy hunters) is cuz he’s a self insert as well as the fact that he was created by Ashley Woods

And when kiting him make sure to be not that far away from people who are decoding so thier decoding won't be disrupted and you can immediately crawl up to them. If you're lucky enough, he'll walk away and disrupt the other decoding that is far away from where the near one is (And on where you're supposed to get help on) And also crawl pls if he's camping just sike that mofo and throw down a pallet to either stun him or buy more time for ur teammates (Which I've done a lot
Same, in my opinion. eversleeping map is like heaven to Percy main, because there so much kiting place that the terrain is so short he can dash and jump through it then bam! Hit. We we only have two choice, kiting in that short terrain place and hope for the best because he gonna spam it and keep jumping on you or you can run but you need to juke his dashing. Ps. His hitbox really sux you can kite circle him easily.
tips for everyone :] • percy's main flaw is getting looped like that one rectangular area with two pallets in moonlit, near the bridge with a cipher and the tent. (1:12) • even though he's strong and fast, what many people overlook is that he's very slow and that he can't change the direction any of his attacks. • looking behind you/baiting is one of the best ways to dodge a percy's dash. • TIGHT KITING IS VERY EFFECTIVE AGAINST HIM. • don't forget that he gets very weak after being in a charged state. he can't use his abilities and he's very slow while he's overloaded. take this chance to transition kiting areas or what not.
Omg my first time playing against Percy was a few days ago, and I was so confused on how everyone hated him, and then he cased me and I was able to kite him long enough for everyone to escape but me and I was like “why did he chair me instead of camping?” Then I realized he can’t. 😂

Something that most players don't know: If you are at 50% of charge or above, you are inmune to ALL stuns if you are doing the attack animation. Walk through pallets while attacking, getting near an Enchantress? Attack, etc.
Honestly thank you for making this video. Ppl are gonna keep complaining about Percy, and I'm probably gonna get people bitching and moaning about "UEEUEUUEUEUUUEUE TOOOO OPPPPPPP!!!!" here. Percy I would say is like a B tier hunter. But that doesn't matter to a lot of people. Counters don't matter. Because to the people who complain about Percy, no matter how many counters or negatives you bring up, they won't try them. They'll still say he's op. And yes. For the record, I do put on the Doom Eternal OST when playing him.
percy is ok but his dashes.. they need a cooldown lol the only form of "cooldown" is the actual dash-time and the animation. but other than that you can spam dash on someone. but yknow its just an opinion, and to everyone saying "just learn to kite" thats not how it works lol. let ppl have their opinion and you have yours, thanks

Percy is an amazing hunter who only downside is tight kiting but he also can do Things other Hunters cant do well all other hunters cant do He doesn't need to pick survivors up so you dont have to worry about haveing survivers be saved from flare guns Footballs magnets Boars curses Like everyone is paying attention to the fact that he cant chair people but thay looking at the indirect op Trait in this is nobody even paying attention to this or it just me
