When the Jews arrived to that land, they were refugees just as the arabs Palestinians, and but away that land were under the ottoman empire; and the gazaties were refugees also, not owners of that land, the difference was that the jews paid for the percent of land they received, while the Arabs Palestinians didn't accept to be an state like the Jews.. they preferred to have wars with the Jews, and they always started the wars not ISRAEL.
