Josh is my favorite ever since he was 17yrs old and I bought his first VCR tape from PBS!!. Lovin the Josh. I so miss seeing him in Sacramento, Calif. Perhaps he will come back to us someday. Your the bestie Josh. I am still your friend after all these years. I read AWAKE lyric at my dad's Memorial service. It was the way he and my mother felt about each other...many years ago. My favorite also. I was there at your concert in Sacramento I believe. Lovin the Josh!

What a beautiful duet!!! No one can this song better do than Jennifer Warnes and Joe Cocker (R.I.P). After Jennifer and Joe, for me these two Singer perform this song best! Such beautiful voices.
They are a perfect duet, I’m surprised it’s taken them this long for some producer to bring this collaboration! If you haven’t seen it already, go see them do a duet on Josh’s song, “Awake.” It’s another concert video here on RU-vid.
You may want to look at the Concert version of the Musical ‘Chess’ (2010 or 2011?) that they featured in together .... A great collaboration but definitely not a new one.
Tankmaster, he actually has been around for a long time. Started at about the age of 17 (he's about 38 now) and his CDs and DVDs have put him with those right at the top. He's messing around a bit here and the sound's not perfect, but he is a fantastic singer - my favourite 'younger' singer.
i thought she will mentor him. It seems he knows the song better than her. haha...but he is an intelligent person. If you guys watch his interviews you can tell. Love and prayers to your never-ending success Josh! We need more people like you on earth. :)
I've listened to his music for a long time. As well as played several of his songs on the piano. I honestly don't think that this is a song for him. At least not for them together.
The songs him beautifully, not her so much. She gets drowned out in her lower register and doesn't have a high enough belt to comfortably harmonise with him in the octave above. Nice enough though. Jennifer Warnes had a very different type of voice with a much warmer, more rounded mid-range that Idina has.
