actually it is under NZ law. it does not have peddles so is not a bicycle and must be registered and warranted and can not drive in cycle lanes. the law states that if it does not have rotating peddles that can be used as its main form of locomotion, then it is not bicycle and can not use cycle lanes
@@deviantvideosThe law is the law however innocuous people might think it is. If indeed he shouldn't be in the cycle lane he's broken RT laws by being in it, end of story.
Why do you even care? Are you really that selfish that you'd rather they put pedestrians at risk riding in the path, or themselves at risk by riding on the road? I'm not a cyclist in any way, I'm just asking you to be more understanding of others. Of course if it's fast enough to keep up with high speed traffic then consider my point moot.
