It is a way for guild member so select what tier of reward they want the guild leaders to choose to spend the points on

Yes you have all of them unlocked

It stays with the guild, but your new total is 0 in the new guild. I just joined a new guild and I'm down from 9000 GP to 50GP (just did all my daily quest). I am guessing the management write down when you join to track if you are active. Lava should implement a GP/Per day played tracker for guild owners.

I don't play idleon anymore and when I did I used to run the ohhi guild
