@@OhhiBukai some of them give some decent bonuses but the curses makes them bad, for example there is a prayer unlocked after completing wave 50 at goblins that increases xo gain on anything by 30% but it limits you afk time to a max of 10 hours
Dude I've been playing this game now for a bit and never realized the golden peanuts were used for anything mining related. Like...I only built them for maybe a quest or the journeyman thingy. Thaaaank you
Golden peanuts are undeniably useful, but there's a very severe diminish returns effect associated with them. If you have for example 250 golden peanuts, it boosts your mining efficiency by 7.63% at base. At 2000 golden peanuts, you have only 12.59% mining efficiency, not even 5% greater than the previous given example, and 2000 golden peanuts are unbelievably more difficult to get than 250 of them. With Large food pouch and all kinds of carry capacity boosting buffs, you can have a lot more than 2000 golden peanuts in one slot, but I have to seriously question if getting that many golden peanuts is even remotely worth getting, considering they need a lot of copper, and copper is important for the copper collector skill to give you extra mining efficiency, so wasting all that copper might be a bit counterproductive, as you're sacrificing your own mining efficiency for... mining efficiency? Like getting an excessive amount of golden peanuts would at most be useful if you want to level up mining for different classes, but warriors would be hurt by it.
The diminishing returns are horrid from 2 onwards. It just gets worse the amount you have. But it is still better to use what you can hold vs not using them at all
i'm still stuck at copper lmao, currently at 600k still a long way and the new storage star talent really helps cuz i dont have to keep going back and forward to store the coppers ALSO CONGRATS WITH THE 1K!!
My advice is get to w3 first. Then take ur miner and with cards get the highest afk gains and efficiency. Then take ur 3d printer skill and go mine copper and scan it. Head back to w3 and start producing. I am making 6k copper per hr just from the 3d printer which allows me to either mine even more copper or start gathering other materials. Just remember the 3d printer gives a % of your afk gains.
@@gorgeouscat4445 easiest? Hmm Salt lick (building) 20 reset fragments - 2 reset potions 1st reset potion be sure to drop 100 points into star talent in 1st tab. Then max out the 3d printer talent. 2nd potion respec character to whatever u were doing. Squire has a talent to increase its gains Prayer: %3d printer size -% all xp Keep in mind the big gains are based on the AFK gains & not so much the %3d ( still helps ) I suggest getting chaotic amarok cards & boop cards since both increase fighting afk gains. Have a minimum of lvl 50 fighting afk talent for 10% afk gains. Multikill if u deal enough extra dmg increases this as well. This is all i can think of so if im missing anything sry.
@@gorgeouscat4445 for mining. Normal amarok card Iron card Platinum card Lastly use the mining speed food. This will also increase total afk gains. Im almost always using my skilling food. Im saving my pearls that increase skill speed for 3d prints only so they last longer. Sometimes u can enter an area & just scan without using any food items.
Fyi for prayers there's one called skilled dimwit. It starts off at +30% skill efficiency -30% skill exp gain. Good if you're more worried about getting materials than leveling a skill. Don't remember exactly how I got it but considering my next prayer is opened at wave 51 of goblin forest it was probably a lower wave there.
@@bleuburi the prayers work on all skills so will work on mining. Also there's another skill that gives skill exp so makes up for this one taking it away, the down side is it only allows you to afk for 10 hours. So if you use it and afk 9 hours 59 minutes you're good, but if you afk over 10 hours, like let's say you're afk 24 hours, you only get afk for 10 hours. Great for me since I play multiple times a day but some people are afk for days at a time so this would hurt them.
@@bleuburi same here lol. If you don't already have these 2 prayers you should unlock them by wave 51 at the goblin map totem. Get 1 before that but I think the second is like wave 50-51. I leveled them up and get like +45% effency.
Poopy Pickaxe is very worth it until you have enough bars for Plat. Pickaxe because once you have plat pick you can use world 3 tool upgrade stones to be able to have 1 more mining power than the poopy pickaxe and it is much more faster than the poopy pickaxe. Dont forget about the prayer Skilled Dimwit, which gives skill eff. for skill xp which is worth it ONLY if your high enough levels to ignore the xp decrese. Viking Hemet, while super hard to get because you need glass shards which is a 1 in 20,000 chance of droping, is super worth having for that extra mining eff. Ok that was a lot of reading but it ok. hope this helps you get to void and beyond.
I suggest leveling mining in the postoffice to 400, did a comparison between your suggestion and 400, and the latter provides more afk gains and ore mined/hr.
Woah, nice, I started maybe a few weeks ago. Have 4 chars to lvl 36 and main Bowman at lvl 45. This makes me feel so far away from actually doing stuff xD I have 380 copper and can barely mine gold ore -____- Will probably have to play the game for an year to get to this level of mining and so on ...
Nice nice, I'm currently farming exp with all my characters to get them to at least lvl 50 before putting them to gather resources. Can't wait for that explosion, game feels nice and chill, even if I sometimes want things to go a lot faster.
I was at level 59 less than 2 months ago also struggling to get gold. now Im level 92 on my main shaman and im getting dementia with my miner that has 55k efficiency. progress is faster than you might think.
@@Cyprian4SIN I went from 40k eff to 500k eff since w3 has released, so 3-4 months I think. Alchemy is extremely important for mining, don't forget PO, upgrading pick, high class level, prayer (insanely important, mine gives +81%) and statues
8:00 why you invest so much into HP ? power of 10 means 10, 100, 1000, 10000. so invest points to get from 1600 to 1800 makes no sense. did i missed something?
It's a log algorithm. So every hp point helps. Granted there are deminishing returns after 1k. And the remaining points were a point dump to help increase even by a little bit. You can choose to go for luck instead if you wish
there really is no reason to increase your hp after hitting 1k. look at your mining efficiency with and without hp boost food, you will notice that it doesnt change meaning it is either no change at all or a literally meaningless amount of efficiency increase.
If you get 1x at 10, 2x at 100, you actually get 1.5x at somewhere near 55. It is like an exponential curve, it doesn't only trigger at the break off points.
@@MrEXXS there is an enchanting bubble. Gives mining efficiency pwr of 10 based on hp. So more than 1k hp will increase efficiency even higher. But i dont suggest putting points past 1k hp until ur able to max out the other skills. But cards that give hp% will help but im nor sure if hp potions work. Fyi you have to change screens when u change hp otherwise you wont notice a change when u check the skill info.
id say if you get a shit ton of golden food you wouldn't need crab cakes.. and golden food bonuses stack *but we are talking like years to get that amount of golden food*... but uh, i think crab cake is a good card still cause of the exp pot foot stuff.... but eh what do i know i started playing 3 weeks ago.
The purpose of the mining food is for the speed. The mining golden food only gives you efficiency allowing to to mine more per swing, while the food makes you swing faster.
The star talents were spent before w3 and the only way to get reset potions for them is in the gem shop. I also disagree the amount gained from the food talent is more than the 3d printer being maxed. 1 point gives 10% 100 only 14% to me that's not worth spending a talent reset when the food provides me a bonus everywhere
@@OhhiBukai u could just use a normal talent reset potion but ur gonna need at least 2. 1st potion you invest points into start talent points. 2nd respec ur character. Yah it gives a -100 after u respec but u just saved many lvls of grinding and they wont reset until u use a star talent reset potion. After all u only get 1 point per lvl in anything.

Drop-Chance does NOTHING on mining! You SHOULD use strength. also, Class Experience doesn't work on non-combat-skills -.- Yeah, well ... those are three thumbs down from me.
