Great place for a woodland walk, managed by forestry England. The gun powder works are on the eastern side of the woods beside the river. But not as extensive as kennal vale gunpowder works. The follow me mode on the drone is just great for your walking videos mate!👍
My Mum and Dad live on 2 acers of ancient woodland in Skellingthorpe Lincolnshire. It`s all flat and most of the trees have gone now. I did see a Jay bird there the other day. I used to love playing there when I was a kid when it was overgrown when my Granny owned it.
