@@johnsonjohn8813 nah its tastes worst. bring any Andhra or Telangana guy he wont eat like u kannidigas coz they eat gatti chutney not water chutney plus they eat pure coconut chutney not green chutney. U dont even have taste always add too much of sweet why add masala eat jaggery itself.

This is sambar vadai...so it will be soaked in sambar...there is also rasa vadai,curd vadai...without soaking it doesn't have the full flavours inside them
@@pipson0073 no, it is called sambar vada, mostly the oil is extracted,,,, . vadakari is a totlly different dish, a curry made out of pakkoras (also kown as vada)
This watered down chutney culture had started since 2010 in south india. By the experience at railway stations I reaalised how in comparison to 2006, the quality has deteoriated. Be it train from Bengaluru or from Chennai or Hyderabad to north india. All stations and the regions watered down. Still we had no other option but to have the breakfast in the train.
This is the worst way to serve the uddhina vade, it should be dipped when serving they have put it directly into a sambar bowl and chutney is no way close to authentic chutney.
I am south indian who the hell will dip vada in sambar before serving!! This guy is literally soaking vada, its vada not gulab jamun. Vada must be fresh and have some crisp after dipped in sambar or chutney when served. Absolutely disappointing
It is just like eating maggie mixed with icecream😂 . It seriously broke heart 💔of every south indian cuz north ppl cant even match the taste of south dishes . Only south ppl know the real taste .
