1)After setting over steam for 10 minutes you have to press cancel button. Why ? 2) Is it high, medium and slow flame or heat settings ?

Hi Mangala Gowardhan, I canceled because after 10 min it will automatically set on low pressure mode but want stop. You have do manually to stop to over cook. I setup on high hope this will help you. Thanks for your visit Stay connected. Thanks Nidhi's Creative Zone

@@NidhisCreativeZone My questions: what do you mean by ‘Low Pressure‘ ? How this possible in a pressure cooker where pressure is controlled by pressure weight. In a normal pressure cooker there is only one pressure which is excreted by pressure weight ( whistle weight) .

Hi, since I have the steam option I haven’t use the pressure cook function . You can try small batch with the pressure cook function but the whistle is on vent for 10 to 15 minutes. Hope that helps

Sorry I asked my question in the wrong video. Here is my question. When I put it in steam mode, lot of steam comes out and whole counter gets wet. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong? Or, is there a need to adjust or make a correction to the pot? Thanks.

IF you are using the instant pot then there is no chance of excess steam . I think you skip some step . I have made several times .the results are perfect. I recommend you to watch the full video. Thanks

I think there is a plastic attachment to collect excess water on the back of insta pot. Try to find it, it could be full or missing.

Check for a plastic transparent attachment at the back of instant pot. Or maybe your valve is on vent not lock. Or you forgot to put on the rubber sealing ring in the lid.

put it on high pressure for zero minutes, it steams everything perfectly, I haven’t done ,but I have read that two minutes is the max you need on that as well

What’s the point of 14 mins in the beginning? Also I got a burnt message because all water was gone. Do you really need high pressure or low was fine?
