I saw several people (maybe EXID stans) said GFRIEND wouldn't won if Solji here. Guys! Gfriend did so great and they're talented in Archer too. you can't see the future right? even solji was here it doesn't EXID'd win tho. can u see Hyerin did the best last year, but what? she did the worse this year lol haters...let just appreciate both groups..I didn't say anything when Gfriend lost, yet why I have to sth when GFRIEND won? because haters never understand how talented they are...I like EXID too esp Hani
It's not hate. Gfriend win fair and square but some can't help but wonder what would happen if Solji was there. EXID started winning archery with Hyerin, Solji, Junghwa combo. All 3 of them hit the camera and are all aces. The trio are unbeatable at ISAC. Losing Solji did really affect them. It's like Lakers losing a game in the finals because Kobe couldn't play. You can't help but wonder but that's not hate towards GFRIEND. Hani did really good. But you have to remember Solji is the most consistent out of all of them. Hyerin and Junghwa sometimes score below 7 when nerves get to them. So it's inevitable people mentioned the Solji's absence.
last year in September, Gfriend won silver and Exid won gold, with 4 points of difference, and Umji hit the camera too. this year in January ,Gfriend won Gold and Exid won silver with 3 points difference. both times it was close. why are they acting like gfriend could never win? seriously, I see this all the time, the haters like to downplay gfriend in everything they succeed. they don't see what we see, the evolution, the gfriend's hard work, that's paid off. why don't admit both gfriend and exid are good at archery and that's why it's the second time in a row they are both in the final.

Are you a Gfriend stan. don't mean to start an argument but try to see it on a different light. Imagine if 4minute archery team. What if Hyuna played instead of Sohyun and they lost to EXID back then. People would have said the same. But EXID beat 4minute with impressive scores and Sohyun was playing. I'm not saying Gfriend won because Solji wasn't there. I'm just trying to explain why most people have that WHAT IF mindset with the result for this game. MonstaX set a record for the highest point in archery and beat EXID record but in women's division EXID still hold the highest score. People's eyes in ISAC archery are on EXID. They are expected to get the gold. What makes EXID archery team great was that all 3 (Solji, Jung, Hyerin) are aces. Them losing one of their ace Solji, one can't help but wonder how the game would have turn out. I'm not belittling Hani, she's my bias and did really good this time compared last time. But when she scored 9 everyone was so hype and it was like they just witnessed a miracle. It was evident they weren't expecting too much from Hani. When it was announce Solji wouldn't be playing, I honestly wasn't expecting a win from EXID.for those who don't know Hani did not do well last time she did archery. I was just looking forward to seeing Hani in archery. Them winning a silver to me was already a win. And congrats to GFRIEND finally winning gold.
