Calvary Greetings, Ps. Obed. May the Lord continue to bless and grant you greater insight in his Word. Ɔsɔfo, you’ve got some good insight. However, care must be taken, that you dont encourage your followers unto “Syncretism.” Teraphim was an “idol” and Yahweh, did not accept any form of Idolatry even in Judaism, even though there were some individuals, who were used to the tradition of hosting “teraphims - Idols”, grooves, or other “Idolatry items” in their homes. Hence, Rachel steals her father’s (who was an idol worshiper), and reference of Michal, David’s wife, deceiving the soldiers with those images. The question then is, are the spirits in the “idols - Teraphim” fallen gods ( Elohim, Angels, Spirit Beings), or they are of the LORD’S of Mount Zion, or the Lord Kingdom of God. Land Issues: No matter which “Stool land” and the spirit or deity in charge or behind, Christians can own it and possess it in the name of the Lord. “The Earth is the Lord’s (YHWH) and the fullness there of.” (Ps.24) The Land of Canaan was full of idol worshipers, yet the Lord used them to prepare the land, and handed it over to those he chose, as his Firstborn, even ‘Israel’. (Gen.12:7, 26:13, 28:12-13, 1Chro.16:14-18; Eccl.2:26) Such was the belief, practice and worship of the Samaritans, and the LORD, (Yahweh) who is a Jealous God, detested it.
