Saw the movie last week at pre-screening. This movie is off the chain! so slick and sexy with Action/Suspense mixed with some sci-fi! For the women there's MUCHO eye candy between the Rock, Idris and Jason doing his James Bond shyte. 2 surprise cameos. Stay after the credits for the sequel. LOL Whew lawd with respect to Idris wife, his bow-legged swagger almost made me forget the Rock was in the film with his swollen muscles!!

That Samuel L Jackson comment continues to be taken out of context. It's not xenophobia or hating against black UK actors. It's after so many withdrawals of movie/ tv roles opportunities, what are the movie/ tv role deposits? Idris now produces & directs, telling stories of the black experience that aren't African American specific. Who else is providing that out the UK? Who's the UK Lena Waithe, Ava, Coogler, Peele, etc.? It can't just be "perfect an American accent just work in the States." That's how the industry expands and audiences are interested in a variety of content. Being black isn't a monolith.
