I got band 8 in IELTS and 8 in speaking. The only way it was possible becuz of being calm and confident. 1.Breath before u speak, wish the teacher a good morning or anything that suits the time. 2. Be confident. Think before u speak. 3.Use very less but accurate vocabulary. I used 3..4 high level words. 4. Listen to atleast 8 practice interviews and figure out type of questions they ask you. 5. Don't stop. 6. Take deep breaths before u speak. And they give u enough time to set in and make urself comfortable. 7. I prepared only 6 hours for speaking that too by watching 7..8 interviews although i previously had experience with English due to my business meetings. 8. Don't prepare anything on the day of speaking test, listen to English songs or watch English series all day, no one stoping u. It makes ur brian ready for fluency.
Her vocab is good but she is lacking in confidence as well as she is using ugh ugh very much these factor matter I scored 8 in speaking so I am saying that 😁

I think the examiner was asking to many questions in task 1 because Jaspreet was giving the answers only in one lines But the speaking in fluency was good 👍

in part 2, why she didn't looked at her notes an returned the cue card to the examiner...I thought the overall speech was prepared and slightly memorized...however, her fluency was good enough...

In order for your essay to get Band 9 in IELTS, it needs a 9 in every single criterion. Band 9 in Task Achievement means that you've fully addressed all parts of the task and your position expressed in your answer is completely developed and includes relevant ideas which you wrote at length about. Band 9 in Coherence and Cohesion means you have structured your essay correctly in terms of using paragraphs and you've achieved cohesion effortlessly, without drawing attention to it. To get Band 9 for Lexical Resource you need a variety of higher-level vocabulary, but the way you use it has to be natural; your errors, if any, must be rare and hardly noticeable. Honestly speaking I feel more comfortable around male interviewer rather then female. I cam speak freely around male and around female I constantly think that they are judging me.
What if a person has Stammering ❓ Will he need a medical certificate for that ❓ And will it be impossible for a candidate who stammers to clear ielts speaking section without medical certificate ❓

She struggled during the follow up questions . Although , she was speaking English fluently even then , her answers weren't proper . She was just trying to prove herself right . I mean , how can a café be more PEACEFUL than a library ?! 😅
Obviously she is nervous.I think the most obvious thing is that she speaks as if she is endorsing and she is answering not her own heartfelt opinions, but the opinions that come from the notebook somebody writes for passing the exam.
0:44: the examiner asks her, "Are you working, or studying?" This is bad English. Right: " Do you work, or study?" When even the interviewers speak weak English, the I,ELTS is the International English Language Testing Sham.
