Thank you for the informative video. I am due for a one skill retake on Speaking. I desperately need a 8 as I got a 7.5. I honestly thought I had given it my all. Do you offer face to face lessons so I can improve in this regard? I think I would benefit more from lessons from a native speaker. Your assistance will be greatly appreciated. Please note, I exhausted all my Speaking tests from IELTS Ready Premium. I even redid them before taking my tests. I recorded myself and listened to my recordings and then corrected myself.

When you book the IELTS on paper, you receive a physical question paper for the Reading and Writing sections. For the Listening section, you listen to the audio through headphones while reading the questions on paper. The Speaking test is conducted face-to-face with an examiner.
Thank you for this question Locadia. The questions used in our preparation materials are to help you prepare for the types of questions that will come up on your test day. You might be asked similar questions to these but they will not be exactly the same.
If you're asked about an unfamiliar topic in your IELTS Speaking test: Stay Calm: Take a moment to think. Relate to What You Know: Connect the topic to something you’re familiar with. Focus on General Ideas: Talk about broader aspects or general trends. Give Examples: Use general knowledge or hypothetical situations to support your answer. Keep speaking confidently to demonstrate your language skills!
It's natural to feel nervous, but you’ve got this! One key tip: practice under timed conditions to improve your speed and accuracy. Best of luck! You've got this! 🌟🎉
