ABOUT go and run... I remember to use it when there is a sport where you have a "start and finish" point and u can do it alone. ABOUT do ... I remember to use it because u practice it alone and you use your body effort. it works for me.

When i get the time I'd love going to the shopping mall with friends especially during big sale season . However, If they are unavailable i go alone and it's fine
