I have the Hola in my desk at the office, and that cable is really nice. I like the Hola cable more than the Zonie, and I have a bunch of the Zonie's ( sadly most in 2.5mm ). The Hola and QKZxHBB were my budget recommendations for quite a while. I always though the Hola sounded better than most of the sub $100 sets did when it was released. I should try the Wa'ner at some point.
I have a theory that the people responsible for naming the Hola and "Gato" have ties to Sanrio. 😁 I haven't heard the Gate but I have a Hola (like it for a soothing relaxed listen). It sounds like the Gate has taken the tuning in a direction farther away from what I prefer. Also, as you mentioned, it took away what made the Hola special as its "replacement". Thank you for another great review! 👍
Very well summarized, The control of bass was an great part on Gate agreed. Hola was a success because of the warmth, which is really important I understood after going on public discussions. Now we do not have any Hola hit me hard.
@@ImAWSMDanny thanks for the response man! it seems that ill have to come to terms with the facts... that stuff like the waner and ew200 is probably the best set at this price range, could you recommend some other sets below 60$ ? im just trying to cope rn cuz the abyss just looks too good, for some reason i never see the best sounding iems to look like what i want them to look like at this price 😭
Bro I listen hip hop and pop music I need a little bit more bass and the same time balance sound which one is better Kinera Celest Wyvern Abyss truthear gate tangzu wan'er I am so confused Please suggest me good IEM's 20 to 30$❤
Sadly there isn't many options for bassy sets in this price range I have tried. Hola is hard to find now but it would be better than Gate. Wan'er is better for pop and female vocals. Abyss is ok but I would prefer Hola.
Damn, I really wanted it to be as close to Hola as possible. Rip homies. Also blasphemy to name it Gate, the cult of Tang Zoo Gate is gonna come after them 😂
