I'm an introvert but since the aliens are not people, I'd be flooding them with questions. How long have they been watching? Do they have alien horsies or dogs? Are they male and female? How many planets did they conquer? How do they mate? What do they eat? Why Earth? Do they have a crotch? Can they breed with humans? When they conquer earth, can I Be in their space ship and watch? Can my dogs and partner come? Can they understand my dogs? What are they saying? Can they teleport? Can I touch them? Please?

Easy, just cross your arms but not firmly enough so that it doesn't look like you're angry, like sometomes gesturing for effect but still holding the other arm in the pose and retracting the other when not needed.

I like this advice because it's real. Hello everyone, I am an introvert. I CAN talk to large groups, I CAN engage in one on one conversation for extended periods of time, and I DO have a tolerance limit at which I must retreat and recharge. I typically avoid extroverts because they are more draining mentally than others. HOWEVER, if you are acting strangly, dressed in a non-standard way, or discussing topics that are out of this world weird...you will likely draw my attention. "Act alien" is probably one of the best pieces of advice for extroverts to gain the attention of introverts. Of course, keeping out attention is a different matter. Lol

“If I were a mind reader my anxiety would be way lower” I fundamentally disagree with this logic. Hearing everyone’s thoughts, how bored they are with the conversation, what they’d rather be doing, silently judging me. That would be the worst. I’m bad enough with what my own brain comes up with the last thing I need is additional minds adding more things to the pile that I didn’t think of the first time. My anxiety doesn’t need to be a group project.

@@mistahhbeangaming8127 That doesn’t change my point. Reading people’s minds whether by choice or all the time is not in any way going to make my anxiety any lower. It’s not the how it happens that would be the problem, it’s the fact that you’d inevitably end up hearing things you’d be better off not knowing at all. The only way it would possibly be beneficial for someone’s anxiety is if you could somehow guarantee that all the people whose thoughts you hear only think of nice positive things which you could never guarantee. You might get some of that but you’d also inevitably hear the silent judging, criticism, irritation, and everything else people think but may not say to your face.

Um, little update, telekinesis and telepathy are two separate things! Telekinesis is the ability to move things with the mind using strength from the core. Telepathy is being able to infiltrate others' minds and listen in on their thoughts, go through their memories, and sometimes--in the strongest cases--wipe a memory, or multiple memories--if not the whole mind!

I’m an ambivert, but if it helps I just keep my hands in a position that’s comfortable for me. Like holding one wrist behind my back. Either that or I’ll use my hands to emphasize what I’m saying. For example if I happen to be talking about an explosion, I’ll let go of my wrist to make the emphasis to “boom”. If that makes sense.
